Today's special recipe is a delicious curry of fried fish with cauliflower potatoes and coriander leaves. You all will enjoy this amazing green vegetable recipe with joy. Cauliflower is a delicious vegetable that is especially abundant in the winters of our Bangladesh. Cauliflower is an interesting vegetable for increasing digestive power. It also helps in losing weight and reduces the risk of heart disease. This healthy green vegetable plays an important role in the human body's ability to resist diseases. Surely you will encourage your family to eat green vegetables. However, I think that health is the unique happiness of a complete life journey.

Collecting fresh fish from the ponds of rural Bengal is an interesting attraction. We Bengalis are interested in eating fish because of our fish and rice. However, I usually like to eat these fish fried in oil. Fish contains a lot of protein which creates a healthy effect on the human body. And the importance of vitamin C in green chili is truly unparalleled.

🫓Green chili 8-10 pieces🫓 Cauliflower 1 kg🫓 6 pieces fried fish🫓 120 grams onion🫓 40 grams garlic🫓 300 ml water🫓 Coriander leaves as much as you like🫓 Turmeric as much as you like🫓 Salt as much as you like🫓 Cumin seeds as much as you like🫓 Soybean oil 100 grams as much🫓 potato 250 grams 🫓Black cumin and

First, I gathered all the necessary ingredients. Next, I peeled the onion, green chili, garlic, and potatoes well. Then I washed them thoroughly with clean water.

Next, I'm trying to make the coriander leaves look clean.

Then I cut the coriander leaves into nice sized pieces with a knife and kept them in a separate bowl.

Here I have displayed a selfie with cauliflower.

Later here I cut the cauliflower into nice size and washed it with clean water. And you can see the amazing cube size shape. Then I soaked it in water in a pot for a while. So that if there are any insects or dirt in the cauliflower, it falls under it.

Here, first I added a sufficient amount of soybean oil and fried the green chillies well. Later, I lightly fried the garlic and onion ingredients. Then I added black cumin and cumin seeds along with the required salt. Later, I mixed all the ingredients well and turned them light reddish. Then I mixed the cleaned potatoes well. Then I mixed the cauliflower well. I mixed it well. Later, I added 300 ml of water.

Then I mixed all the ingredients well and added the coriander leaves.

In this step, first I put a lid on it and heated it in the oven for about 15 minutes. I opened the lid and mixed it well again and added the fried fish in the oil. I mixed it well again. Then after five minutes I took it off the heat. As you can see, our cooking is complete. So let's do the final step.
