Mi día viernes comenzó con fortalecimiento en el gym.

Dia viernes, que alegria, despues de una semana bien productiva, viene un merecido descanso, bueno dice uno que descanso, porque a veces el fin de semana es cuando mas ytrabajamos en casa. Y para iniciar mi dia viernes bien activa fui al gimnasio a realizar un poco de ejercicios de fortalecimientos, super necesarios para reducir los riesgos de lesion, y tambien para avanzar en nuestro desempeño de manera optima con avances. Fui al gimnasio de la empresa para realizar mi rutina, como fui bien temprano estaba solito el gimnasio, bien agradable porque me concentro mas. Inicie con un calentamiento de unos minutos en la bicicleta estatica, luego tome las mancuernas de 5Kg para realizar sentadillas, trabajar brazos, piernas. De cada rutina realice 4 series de 20 repeticiones, si que estuvo bueno el trabajo, termine bien cansada pero bien satisfecha por el trabajo, que cosas no, que el dolor del esfuerzo fisico nos trae mucho placer. Transpire muchisimo, gracias a Dios lleve mi toalla, muy importante llevarse los accesorios al gimnasio asi de esta form a mantenemos buenos habitos de higiene. Al final de mi rutina me hidrate con agua con electrolitos, ideal para reponer los minerales perdidos a traves del sudor. Y al terminar mi rutina me fui activa a realizar mis actividades del resto del dia. Que tengas un feliz fin de semana.
Friday, what a joy! After a very productive week, a well-deserved rest is coming. Well, one says rest, because sometimes the weekend is when we work the most at home. And to start my Friday off right, I went to the gym to do some strength training exercises, which are super necessary to reduce the risk of injury and also to optimise our performance and make progress. I went to the company gym to do my routine. As I went early, the gym was empty, which was nice because I could concentrate better. I started with a few minutes' warm-up on the exercise bike, then I took the 5 kg dumbbells to do squats and work my arms and legs. I did four sets of 20 repetitions for each exercise. It was a good workout. I finished feeling tired but very satisfied with my work. Isn't it funny how the pain of physical effort brings us so much pleasure? I sweated a lot, but thankfully I brought my towel. It's very important to bring your accessories to the gym so that we can maintain good hygiene habits. At the end of my routine, I hydrated with water with electrolytes, which is ideal for replenishing the minerals lost through sweat. And when I finished my routine, I went on to do my activities for the rest of the day. Have a happy weekend.
