Hoy toco dia de entrenamiento en el estadium, lo que implica velocidad, ya que al estadium es el lugar donde generalmente realizo los trabajos de velocidad, siempre y cuando este en condiciones, ya que lamentablemente cuando llueve no puedo entrenar aqui, porque el terreno es de tierra, y se pone resbaladizo, no como un pista de atletismo que se puede entrenar con lluvia y sin lluvia. Comence con un calentamiento de 2 km a ritmo comodo entre de 7 y 7,5 km/min, luego realice unas dos series de 400 mtys con trote lento de 400 mts, luego realice 4 series de 200 mtsX 200mts, estas velocidades realizadas en este dia, no fueron a full potencial, si a una velocidad mayor a la de trote normal, pero no a full intensidad, les confieso no me sentia aun full energias, pero aun asi no deje de hacer mi entrenamiento.

Hoy me encontre a los amigos runners en el estadium, y estaba mi amiga, gracias a Dios ella si quedo seleccionada para ir a las nacionales, gano casi toda las carreras, la de 10Km, la de 100 mts quedo de segunda, la de 400 mts, y 1500 mts quedo de primera, es una talentosa corredora, tiene mucho talento natural de corredora, esta muy interesada en pertenecer a este gran equipo, esperamos verla pronto con el equipo de HIVERUN, estoy muy orgullosa de ella ha sido una gran ayuda para mi en este mundo del running, me ha dado mucho apoyo desde el inicio.

Estoy muy feliz ya que esta formalizada mi inscripcion en la carrera de farmatina que sera el 8 de junio en la ciudad de maturin, esta carrera tiene un significado especial para mi ya que fue la primera carrera donde participe de forma oficial, registrando mi primer tiempo oficial de carrera en 10k y si que disfrute esta carrera, dejo una gran impresion de lo que es una carrera en mi.
