Ryzen's Haircut Milestone: A Well-Deserved Reward
Last week, Ryzen really needed a haircut.
But as usual, razor always made him uncomfortable, and ended up with tears and drama.
So his daddy talked to him, and made a deal that if he didn't cry during his haircut, we'll buy him a toy after.
The idea of having a new toy gave him courage, and he's so excited to go to the barbershop.
And so we went.
Actually, I was ready for the usual scene, but to my surprise, it never came. 😉
Ryzen stayed still, quiet, and brave.
He didn't even cry, and there was no sign of fear.
I couldn't help but smile in amazement. 😅
My baby was now growing and learning to face uncomfortable moments. 🥹
Meanwhile, Aiden and I were just enjoying watching.
He was so cute when he noticed his reflection in the mirror behind us. Hihi
Since Ryzen didn't cry, we headed to the mall for his reward.
There were so many toys to choose from, that it took us a while to decide.
Every shelf has a new toy that makes Aiden and Ryzen so excited to try.
In the end, we came home with a water ring toss game for Ryzen...
And of course, a new ball for Aiden too.
And just like that, we ended our day celebrating small victories.

I think these are one of the situations where parents have to cherish the moment . Thanks also to the dad a talk like that between a father and a son will train him to do what he says he will do and grow up like a man that holds onto his words.
