Patience Pays Off — My Two-Month House Hunt Story

There is always a saying that once you know the way, you will always be like wonder creature in the face of people. So i think recently i was talking about house and the rest but i was not too detailed about that so today i will talking much about it for people to understand well what i am trying to say. Two month ago my house rent was due to paying but the landlord insisted that he wanted to renovate the house and he will not be to collect a new rent from us, it came all of a sudden because i will have to go in search of a new house and that can take longer period before sorting it out.

So in other to get apartment on time, there are some people that serve as intermediary between the landlord and the tenant and they are generally called Agent here so i had to reach out to many agent and one of the funniest things about agent is that the price which they actually add to the main house rent are always much, some can add almost half of the exact price of the house rent to what they will post for the people in search of the house. Firstly i had a budget to get a two bedroom flat and for me thinking that the amount which i have will be enough was a big joke to me because.

Normally if i was able to get in touch directly with the landlord, i will surely be able to get the apartment with the amount that was currently with me so i had to change my plan and go for a room and parlor which I actually thought that was going to be better then I realized it was the same price then i was convinced that it is same thing. Luckily for me i use to talk to one of the agent well and when i lost the patience after two month of searching.

I went for the room and parlor and it was very funny because two days after paying one of the agent which i always talk to well sent a video of a lesser two bedroom flat which was way below my budget but it was really good i had to quickly call for refund so i can be able to secure the house before another person will pay for it.

So after getting the refund I quickly paid the money that same day and i was very happy i could secure that place. Now to the best part of it to safe cost we checked the house and saw that it requires painting, instead of calling a professional painting we checked online and saw how it is been done, we started with the process and the fun was that we could get a good result after trying different option and we saw that one can actually try out things not until you become a professional.

We save cost in other to paint our space then use the money for left for another thing and it actually pays. Doing things that saves money just because you are trying out new things is always motivating.
