A GOOD LIE

A Good lie. Many of the time, we have said some lies that have saved us and have prevented most consequences that saying a truth might have caused. No matter they say that, "say the truth and the truth will set you free." some Times in life the truth cause more harm than good. So sometimes you make use of the "Good lie." Someone will say, which one is Good lie again? Don't worry. In my own words, Good lie are the lie said at a particular situation, that is more safer at the moment than just saying the truth. The Medical Profession there is something will called "Benevolent Deception." Here the Nurse or Doctor withhold relevance or true information from the patient, with the intention of being of benefits to the patient. It is mostly used when the information might hurt the patient or cause more harm to the patient health. When this information are withhold not because the truth is not supposed to be told but because at that point in time, it will cause more harm. So sometime it is not because the doctor or nurse want to say lie but because of the situation at hand the lie will be perfect at the situation.

There are situation that requires not to say the truth at the point in time, not because it isn't necessary to say the truth but the situation do not accept saying the truth. Many persons might saying that saying or telling lies is not good, but I want us to grow and realize that sometimes the truth may hurt and might cause more harm. Just like people who say you said the truth and it will set you free, sometime the truth does not set you free, Rather it worsen the situation at hand. We have to be careful in situation where lies might be the only option, because in situations like this if you're not careful enough you make lie to become your habit. There is a tiny line holding making lie your habit and saying lie just to save a situation. This is the problem people face these Days. You know that in situations we get today it is always difficult to say the truth but I still stand that saying the truth will set you free, it gives you this mindset of freedom and relaxed.

Justifying lie may be of two side giving reasons why you should say the lie and people should accept it that it is that way that is supposed to be is a different thing altogether and saying lie because of the situation is also a different case on its own. I don't know if I will say that it is right to say light but the situation which you are with determine what is best. Like I will always say first of all observe the environment and the situation at hand assimilate it and know what to do next. This will enable you to know if saying the whole truth will be the best and a situation or holding back some truth. Just like people will say "A close mouth, is a closed destiny" then I have one friend of mine that will always reply to that "sometime you close your mouth to protect your destiny" that is how life works and that is the same way it's implies to saying the truth and not saying the truth. The situation matters a lot and determine by what you are responding to and the situation.
