Meditation: My Soul Searching - The Inner Me
As I closed my eyes, touch my chest and hold my breathe, with a little drop of smile, I search for my inner man, my soul and my deepest thoughts.
I discovered peace of mind and a place where there's no worry. A place different from earth, where I can stay and enjoy a bountiful of my life.
The sketch was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. My steps can be seen below:

Indeed. I kept this open in a tab and it calmed me throughout the day. Anxiety just flows right out.
It is fantastic to be able to find the inner peace within ourselves with no disturbance, that’s a nice sketch. The sketch really says it all about been able to find inner peace.
Oh yeah, peace of mind is our priority. We all desire for it in one way or another. People might not be able to give it to us. But the greatest one is the one we obtain within.
