While we were growing up my late dad always made mention of this and as at that time I thought it was just a mere word of mouth. But as time progresses I discovered that the yellow Maize is actually rich in more nutrients than the white Maize. No wonder our old parents prefer to drink yellow pap than the white one. I have met series of old people both male and female I mean in this case great grandpas and great grandmas, to know their own view and opinion about this. After so many conversations here and there I discovered that it is absolutely true. Even for the Poultry feed preparation the yellow Maize is equally used.
Although the white Maize can also be used as alternative if the yellow miss cannot be source for. Even when I wanted to propagate this maze and put it into reality. When I got today agricultural shop the first thing I asked then was what type of Maize species do you have on Grand and for how many months?. That is why I always emphasize on asking questions. When you believe that you already know what it takes then your belief who might be wrong. But when you continually ask questions you will definitely see the right answer at the right time. So planting of the yellow corn is the best of both in the practical experiment and experience I have at the moment. Even when you are busy chewing it, the taste will always come out different. And also the sweetness. For those who actually go for roasted corn or cooked maize.
At the moment we still have some farmers who are going for the white maze farming with their own personal decision. You cannot force anyone to be recommended with any type of specie but it is more succulent and tasty when it comes to the yellow Maize.
- The harvesting continuous and within a short while it will come to an end so that there will be a lot of space for other crops that are still crawling to gain their strength. That is why makes properly is always the best method of cultivating crops.
This time around there was nothing like predators attack. The last time I cultivated miss there was a lot of record on predators attack which to some extent you gave me a bad record keeping. I said this because it took me so many ways before I could regain my strength even as a upcoming farmer. It was because there was a lot of crop dismantle on the farm even before the started the flowering stages. But this time around it is safer and more productive.
- Even though we also saw a lot of non-folly matured corn on its parents we will still harvest all. That is the main order from above. And I guess the reason been that there are still a lot of crops like peppers 🫑🌶️🫑, tomato🍅🍅 that needed two problem to be agricultural Farmland before there will be no record of rainfall again for weeks.
HOW DO YOU HARVEST YOUR MAIZE 🌽🌽?
The question looks somehow right? Yes how do you harvest your own Maize as individual farmer? As shown in the picture you can see that the cutlass went down to the parent plant down below. When you cut it off this way it will help the Farmer works freely on the agricultural Farmland.
That is why practical experiment or practical application is highly needed in agriculture. Go into the farm you practice it several times by so doing you will stick to it gradually. But when you read it from books and articles and you do not have the privilege to see it clearly from photography sections or you does not have the permission to visit a farm to practicalize it then you may easily forget so many things about agricultural mindset entirely.
- After cutting it down you can easily have access to the corn itself and fetch it directly. But whichever way method it is also good. Buffer those who have no idea about how to harvest maize this is a practical application on how to do so.
The practical way of life is so much different from theoretical way of life. I always emphasize that when you have a good means of cultivating crops you should do so. This will open your mind set to so many positivities in agriculture. When you are not active then there is fire on the mountain.
When you are fetching your produce you can decide on your own to leave some on the parent plant while still standing. But in my own case there are more crops on the agricultural Farmland which needs a lot of space to grow.
- This was when the harvest was done and they left over was packed aside. This will be used for manure very soon. Nothing is a waste on the farm. You need to be more creative and in this case it will help the growth and development of the crops that are still growing up. Make use of what you have on the farm and you sit back to see the results.
