The bitter leaf is a natural plant or green vegetable that has a lot of advantages naturally. This advantages is based on what you want to use it for. It has been a very good source of nutrient and removal of waste product from the body as natural or home remedy. That is why when we move backward to some decades we can absolutely conclude that the consume more of green vegetables and herbs naturally and that is why they grow more stronger and they age longer as well. But nowadays we consume more of can food and already processed foods which makes everything much more complicated into our body system. So I bring this particular green vegetable as well for people who actually want to eradicate toxic or harmful substances from the body. It works well and it is verified no doubt.
For those of us who already have aged people we can show them the pictures and they absolutely confirm it for us that it is no doubt. It also depends on how you use it you can boil it to extract the juice or you can extract the juice naturally by rubbing it with your palm. I took some pictures of how you can really identify the leave this time and how you can also cultivate it as well. This is why agricultural mindset always give it to you in full details with photography and description.
- This is how the Better leave looks like naturally although we have two or three species of the bitter leaf. We have the hybrid ones, we have the local ones as well that has been in existence for a very long period Of years for decade. They all look alike and they also do the same work.
- You can as well plants the stem. This time must not be too fragile because it needs to have some plants node. The leave we start to germinate from this matured node. That is why it is not advisable to fetch the soft stems. At least it must be matured a bit also make it fight a lot of soil factors.
You can see that this in my hand is absolutely great for planting. And you can absolutely use it as well it does not really means a very bigger stem. This little one we also survive any form of erosion or any soil pest and diseases.
This is how the stem nodes looks like. They are they dotted point on a stem of a tree. When you plant it they will start to shoot out from this particular nodes.

- This is all what you need for any type of home remedy or extraction of juice. This is what I mean you can also use the other part of the bitter leaf tree but in most cases this is what you use. The Bitter Leaf itself
When you want to plant the already fetched stem. You need to make sure that the head is facing up and the tail is facing the soil. It also has a head and a tail just like a coin. Or else it will not grow at all. Not even for just few hours of growth.
In as much as you already dig a little hole which will be more convenient for the stem grow then it is a very good one. When I was doing this I used my finger to make the hole not too big.
TO EXTRACT THE BITTER LEAF JUICE NATURALLY.
Nowadays you can use any type of method to extract the joys but in holding days this is what they do and within 10 minutes you will absolutely get what you are looking for. Fresh clean and also in excess.
When you collect the leaves freshly, then you watch them thoroughly and you start to rub the leaves together with your palm forcefully for 10 minutes or more depending on how fast you are. The juice will start coming out gradually and you extract it.
This was when I extracted the bitter leaf juice naturally with my hand. I squeezed the leaves together for a period of 5 to 10 minutes. That was how the juice came out. And it's very medicine now this way. You can absolutely collect the juice in a cup and drink it. Say three times in a week and your body will be empty and free from all kinds of impurities.
