The Type Of Crops Needed To Be Grown Using Mixed Cropping System Practices ( Okro, Maize ๐ฝ๐ฝ, Peppers ๐ซ๐ถ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ, Melon, Cassava ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฑ) || Get Informative Analysis Before Initiating This Method.
Hello Hivers ๐๐,
This was more pictures of the mix cropping system that was being practice on a farm while I visited the farm as well. I was extremely excited to see more of this beautiful cropping system simply because of the kind of environment we find ourselves. People seems to have this kind of mentality about agriculture generally speaking. Making it so different and difficult to convince we the Young age people to farm.
The main thing is that there is always cause for multiple cropping in agriculture. When you have all about it takes to improve on your farm management and to decide what to plant. As individual farmers we must always get to know what our capacity can afford. A lot of young farmers that I have come in contact with even on discord channel tends to cultivate crops that are not within their range making them to get into the farming without any information proper on what they are cultivating. I always love to conversate with people because it also helps me to encourage myself more to add and to subtract what I think I already know.
The visit to farms always make me to think positively about life nature and agriculture because no matter how you manage your farm you will always input it into your daily lifestyle. That is why it is one thing to learn and it is other thing to make use of what you have already learnt. It is good to improve on your crop production but first and foremost you must engage in Good Farm survey. When you do your farm survey you will be open-minded to catapult your effort even more.
- Most farms that are visited they are all into mixed cropping system which I believe that slow and steady it will be more pronounced here in west African Nigeria. Although we have some farms that majorly plant a particular crop all through just like in the case of maize Farm, cassava Farm, soya beans farm but it is not really advisable because you are wasting agricultural Farmland. Although they already know what plan they have ahead of time.
You can also even mix crops like melon. These are crawler crops that move from one place to another even within days. When you plant or transplant the melon into another agricultural Farmland it will just take few days for it to adjust and keep crawling but only if you already mentor it to climb the already dried stick branches that is being provided.
The crops like the okra you should also know how to harvest them properly. Every crop has its own way of harvesting which if it is not done in the right way you will kill it Or destroy it within few days after you have harvested just few of the fruit originally. The okra has a way of harvesting its fruit. By fetching it when it is medium ripe. In my next post I'm going to try as much as possible to do a video on how it is been done. I am having some practical issues with my video application and that is why my YouTube is on hold at the moment.
Gradually even when you see that the soil is not producing very well as expected you can go forth and add a lot of organic man not today soil before planting the next season which I always perform this task every 3 months or 6 months. This is to improve the soil quality and improve the soil nutrients. So many people always ask on discord channel how it is been done. I'm also going to show us practically how you can improve your soil nutrients
I always emphasize on this that no matter how positive you are in agriculture you must always try your best to get along some professionals or some professional minds. The professional minds I mean you must always contact one two three or four people about that particular crop if you want to go into before you start mixing crops together on a particular agricultural Farmland.

The Joy of planting with a mixed cropping system, the result Will be good and everyone Will get the nutrients. Thank you friend. Have a great day.
The nutrients is the full experience to be shared. Most crops involved will absorb nutrients one day at a time.
Thank you're welcome.
