This is a very good plant also that is not easily seen at all. Why I said that is that, you can only see this particular plant in an environment where we have typical farmer. This typical farmer I mean the old age farmers. when I visited my in-law recently and it was a very lovely meet up for so many hours. Then I was also invited to the farm where they have this particular plants and some others such as plantain, okra, fluted pumpkin vegetables and so on.

When I got to the farm I saw that this particular section they have they mint leaf plants in Excess. Which means that these are not cultivated recently at all. They have been cultivated for a very long period Of time and it has been from year to year. So I also add a privilege to ask a lot of questions on this plant,, although I tried my best to transplant the mint leaf plant for a couple of times but it doesn't grow up at all. It has a lot of advantages naturally when it is been boiled or cooked for some few minutes. When I was there on the farm I was told that just some few stands of the mint leaf plant can make it grow more wider, and multiply in just few months if the soil is very much more Fertile.

This mint leaf is a very strong plant. Which makes it survive better during the raining season and it can also survive less during the dry season unless you are prepared for it. I mean for the season fully. Which makes it more fragile during the dry season.

I know that once you are privileged to see this very healthy herbal plant, it is being transplanted mainly. That is the major method of planting it. But the land must be extremely fertile and moist. With the conversations I had with them on the farm.

Regardless of anyone, for purification of the body system it can be consumed just as Tea. If you have the privilege you can always drink it everyday. You fetch it fresh as it is then you cook it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then you allow it to cool down. No any additional additives. But if you can't drink it that way you can add a little bit of honey. And you are good to go.

As you can see it in the pictures it is easily spread just like crops like potato. When you plant your potato Vine within few weeks it will start crawling and it will start to spread. This is to show that there is more growth and development easily. So the green mint leaf plant place a very good major role in reducing flu. When I got to the farm and I saw it this much, I was also told that some neighbors come around to fetch them to avoid flu, for their kids. It is very effective.
