In agricultural mindset in time passed you must always have someone who will always serve as helper to you on the farm matter how you are extremely hardworking it will always be as a helping hands. And that is why it is good to have one or two people that we always assist you on the farm. Assistant in what a lot of great sacrifice. Just in what you are saying in the pictures. I went to the farm with my kids and they are always in for me as helper, even though they are very small but in one way or the other they still serve as the positive side of it. I also encourage people that no matter how active you are as a farmer you always need people that will join you to cultivate your crops and also stand for you in rearing of animals.
This may be difficult sometimes because of the word trust. But trusting someone involves giving a trial. When you do not give a trial you will absolutely be on the doubt side. I took some pictures of how the kids are also the helper for me on the farm.
- The first aim and objective is to always make the right decision at the right time in all aspect of life and most especially in farming. When you have the right techniques,support and the good channel to follow then your planting will always be great to you growth and development of your crops with always motivate people.
When we arrive the farm what my little kids were mentioning was that "Dad we want to help you wet the farm". The next thing I did was that I ignored them at first so that I will definitely want to know if they really want to be of help truly. Within a short minute they also came to meet me at the other end that, we needed to wet the farm. I was happy inside me then I give them the instructions and I also show them how it should be done.
You can see that there are a lot to learn in agriculture. Even for our small kids and children they need to help us on the farm to assist and to be guided. Not only this alone but it also helped them to develop up more interesting farming. Because farming is not working you wake up to learn in a day. You need to be patient enough to take every step one after the other.
These are my two kids and they are also ready to assist very well and expensively on the farm. Even when I'm using holes and cutlass they are also there to see how it is being used. But on the other hand I needed to stand on my feet as the father to give instructions on the farm. When instructions are being given I also support them with guidelines practically.
This is one thing that can also affect our Farm negatively. When you do not have a lot of water to support your crop during the week, then your crop and your farm entirely is being at risk off getting dried up.
I have taken a lot of risk in farming which sometimes it results into negative side which also made me to lose a lot of energy financially and even mentally. And that is why sometimes even when you fall during your planting process, if care is not taken the Farmer may not stand on his feet again because of the shock of the loss financially and mentally.
The big sister will always give more motivation through a lot of questions. She asked a lot of questions so that she can actually know what to do at the right time. I love the spirit because it is always on active side. When you ask a lot of questions it may be at the wrong time but you will always know the right answer and approach.

Hmmm. You said it @day1001 although, nowadays people who are financially stable and able deal with agriculture on some animal Production. The poultry, the grasscutter, the rabbit , the goat and sheep, the white rat. The problem is that most people, we the community uses the ancient eyes to see up till now. Even when it comes to selling of the agricultural farm products. We buy less because they are farmers. Farmers don't have families to cater for? We take advantage of the farmers and even talk less of them. Its extremely cheap.
It is a big deal because we need to rephrase our mentality about agriculture. Farmers Also need to live and life that is worth it not just them alone. They have kids and families to feed. Some farmers haven't improve on their seeds. That's why. And also no agricultural virgin Farmland again to cultivate crops.
