This is the plantain bunch which I also converted into the food processing through the peeling of the back cover. Plantain is one of the food stuff that is consumed generally by so many people and it can be used to produce more other foodstuff other than eating it raw. Or by frying it alone. That is why most people troop in into the cultivation of plantain nowadays because it is used for so many other related consuming items.

Although the processes may take a longer period of time to achieve this but yes it worth it. These are some of the method that are extremely old that are forefathers really enjoyed and yet they achieve their aims and objective as producing more food for themselves for the community at large for other people to buy from them and consume it.

You may use any form of plantain even the very unriped one. The unriped ones are the best to use. Its also has its own meaning for this. It will ensure that the necessary nutrients has not been converted before the process commences.

For every step you take air you must ensure that it is clean. To avoid wastage of effort. When you are cutting of the plantain from its bunch it must also be a clean process.

This was when the Plantain peel has been removed. So it must be done thoroughly and slowly so that you can achieve your aim and objective. There are some plantain that are extremely hard to peel you need to be gentle when doing this process.

• This was when they all activity was finally concluded. I mean the removal of the plantain peel. So this is how it looks. You can also use this as it is for some other purposes just like plantain chips or making it into plantain pudding. This process may take a longer period of time if you are up to this alone. So my mom also joined me because she came for a visitation and yes we are working for the same purpose and aim.

The slicing of the already peeled plantain must be done evenly. This is to enable you to be fully assured that it must be accurate in the same size. So that it can dry up at once.

• This is the roofing sheet which I used as a medium of spreading it out of which in your own case if you have a better way of exercising this, you can make it happen. But I will not advise that you use any reducing temperature devices just like oven or other devices. The reason being that for any alteration in its natural state it will show definitely in the cooking process.

Washing of the roofing sheet was also done to make sure that it extremely clean for this process. Anything out of this process may be count very dirty or not too safe for consumption.
