Some market are very big one some are small once more are also on the local Street. Why I said this is because there are some some food stuff that can be seen in a very big market that are very scarce in smaller market. This is why it is good to explore all around the community or environment. If you are also privilege you can travel far away to see what other people have in their own market that is not common so that you can compare. In this market we have a lot of things but mainly I took the capture of the yam.
Yam is very common in all types of market either small or big. Jamb also has different varieties and this also depend on when it is been harvested. As a farmer we have what is called fresh yam. This fresh yam can be seen even when it is been traded on the street. The fresh Yam means that this is the type of yam that is being harvested earlier when the rain starts to fall. There are some cultivation that will be carried over from a dry season to the rainy season. So as soon as the rain starts to fall there will always be early yam that people buy and consume. But this earlier cannot be used for some kind of food preparation just like in the case of pounded yam. It will not be too good for it.
Rather, this fresh yam can be used in the case of food like porridge, yam cooking, fried yam, or roasted Yam. In either ways it is also useful. But so many people may not link up with the consumption of this fresh yam because it will be too fresh for some purposes.
Some young market are mainly built. So whenever you are hungry for food stuff like yam you go straight to the yam market. Just like any other Market square. It is made easy when you need a particular food stuff and you go specifically to the market to buy it and go. Although you can also see some other varieties of food stuff along.
- We also have pepper market and as well the combination of all is just one big market. But the fact still remains that whenever some food stuff are being mentioned, you must know where it belong. Just like in some cases of some offices. When you mention a particular office name, people around there will already know you are talking about this office in particular.
This type of market is by the roadside and people come all the way from far And near to buy fresh perishable from this location. That is why when you are into some businesses just like the food stuff people will always come for it and buy it. Even if it is far from where people reside.
As far as people is concerned if you have a very good Human customer relationship then you are good to go. You can say that here they are different types of perishables that individual person will stop by to buy in bulk or in bits.
The Bell peppers 🫑🌶️🫑🌶️, the onions. In this case you can choose the type of onions you want to buy. There is red onion and there is also white on you. Scotch pepper is also available.
- I also moved to the different types of smaller grains, for making different types of tea for consumption. In this particular location we have different people selling this. So I moved closer to also purchase some few items for my Mom, myself and the kids.
Here we have a lot of lemon,lime, cinnamon stick, ginger, garlic, Cameroon pepper, bay leaf, turmeric, and so many other smaller grains.
You can move from one particular location to another making inquiries before your final purchase it is allowed. Just like if you are looking for a particular seed and you did not see it you can move to another location entirely so ask and make inquiries. Mainly the men sell these in the market.
The lemon or lime, is very good for the body very early in the morning with a warm water. This is how my mom takes it very early in the morning and later in the evening. So buying them in a very large quantity, is also it can be stored when it is being purchased in that quantity for so many days.
This is also turmeric, I also have this in my farm. So I captured it because people can see it even right there in the market. It is very costly.
