As we move towards our old age there will be some daily routines that we need to do and double check in our body system to make us keep fit and to enable us to be assured that we are extremely in a healthy state. My mom who is presently age 71 happened to be a very good and caring mom that has been so supportive ever since Day 1 of my life. Not just that alone but she has also stood up same as a very supportive mother ever since the departure of my late dad since 2009. May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace Amen. Initially she stayed very far from us in another state but due to some health conditions I needed to pick her up to do more of check up regularly in some few hospitals recommended. I'm saying this in essence because we need to take good care of ourselves when we are extremely young and when we are reaching a particular age in life. You must also reduce a lot of hard work that will do so that it will not tell on us health wise. When we are talking about agriculture we should also try to moderate ourself Health wise as well.

This are the few reports that was gotten after visitation to to hospitals. Fast and foremost we went to LEAH HOSPITAL. To do a test called PCV Test which is otherwise known as Packed cell volume. Beware recommended to visit the laboratory and make sure that this particular test should be carried out to know the proportion of the red blood cell in her body system. Because she complained of some pains on her fingers, Palm, and a shoulder as well. I took a lot of pictures when we got to be General Hospital here in Ilorin Town, where she visited the physiotherapist.

• This was when we got to the lab eventually after wasted for so many hours waiting for us to be called in. That is why I do not always like to visit the hospital because a lot of routine that will be put even before the patient will be much.

The test of the PCV was eventually out and this was it. the result was instant although we also waited for couple of hours.

• The next day we visited the physiotherapy unit of the General Hospital here in ilorin town. When we got there the first thing that my mom did was to take in a breakfast because of a little bit of energy she will spend.

This was all the premises before we got to the physiotherapy unit. It was a little bit far from where we were coming from. So we needed to ask a lot of people the due direction. Although there were signs that pickpoint directions and different unit sections.

• We finally got to the physiotherapy unit and we also followed the due procedures. We got the at exactly 9:00 in the morning. And we waited for a while before we collected the hospital card. Because this is how it is been done here. For different sections of the hospital you need to collect different card even though you are a patient there or not.

This was the waiting room where are the patients will first of all queue and also take numbers.

• We got to see the doctor in charge and a lot of questions was asked. The first question he asked my mum was that, How old is she? YES. 71 Years old. And for how long has she been perceiving this pain and where?, She replied, for few months now on her fingers tips, her shoulder joint

After some few minutes of questioning and answering. The next section was also to paid some amount of money for treatment and some drugs. So we were also told to come along.

• When we got to the bigger room where we saw a lot of cycling machines as well as different ray light. I also took some pictures.

At some point I was also opportuned to move closer to the ray of light that was directed to the shoulder of my mom and the fingers as well.

After we had already spent 2 hours during this alone another patient also came which was around 10 years old. I also ask a little bit of questions from her mom and Mom was also explaining that they chat was born with her having a lot of joint pain. So she has been visiting the physiotherapy for more than 4 months now. And she has been seen a lot of improvement although the young girl always cry a lot.

• PHYSIOTHERAPY MASSAGER. OR MUSCLE STIMULATOR.

After some few minutes the doctor also came out with this machine attached to the joint shoulder. After few seconds of timing I saw that all the movable joint part was extremely shaking. And to my Mom it was extremely inching and painful as well.

This physiotherapy muscle stimulator is very effective because even when from a very far distance I can see all the movable joint extremely moving up and down motion. This means that with a lot of questions that I asked the doctor and I was also explained to that it helps to release a lot of blood into the veins and muscles of the body.

After a lot of hours spent on this machine and this ray of light. We were also giving this to massage all the affected areas.

She was also made to check our blood pressure.

• This was when we were done with the clinic at the General Hospital ilorin. We were also placed on another check update few days to go.
