Hello Hivers 💕💘,

One of the commonest green plant you can find in any of the villages, town, or state here in west African Nigeria is the Scent Leaf. This plant is very medicinal and it can be consumed directly without any repercussion or any side effect. It's has been used by so many people without any consequences and that is why I also practicalize days three times in a week so that it can actually flush out so many harmful and toxic substances in the body.

It is advisable and recommended that you can plant the seed or transplant it. When it is in the dry season you can plant both the seed and also transplant it. But you must caution that sometimes it may not grow because of so many factors. So in the rainy season as well both can actually work out well. So the only advantages that come with this is that when its actually grow up it will become a mother plant which means that the seed will drop down and start a new life again naturally. I took some pictures of how to consume this leaf practically.

This is the plant I am holding and you can see the practical aspect of it. It smell when you fetch it with your hands slightly not like the grass or lemon plant.

You fetch the leaves and you make sure that it is not perforated. Those that are perforated are already contaminated so you need to select carefully.

You need to wash off the scent leaf thoroughly so that there will be no any form of dust or any particles to cause any form of harm to the body system. After you might have been satisfied you also proceed to to consume it directly.

I emphasized more on the washing aspect of the leaves, because it means a lot. This is hygiene. Although I have sent kisses whereby you can just fetch the leaves and is it directly maybe after a heavy rainfall it can happen.

This is how to show that it can be consumed directly without any harm or any traces of negativity. My late Grandma from my Dad's side absolutely eat this leaf frequently. More than 3-4 times in a day. She keeps looking younger when she was alive.

You can absolutely practice this more than three to four times in a week so that earthwise you will know that you already consume some natural herbs or leaves. More also it can be used to treat what the Yoruba people called Jedi Jedi. hemorrhoids or pile as the name is called in English

This is how to consume it. It is just a natural way as well but you need to eat up all the leaves.

You can consume this very early in the morning or in the afternoon or late in the evening. There is no time you cannot go to the leaves to fetch it and eat. You can give your young children as well. It works like magic.

Finally

I absolutely consume the scent leaf within few minutes.
