How Its Began. The Journey Of The Turmeric Harvesting With Huge Production Benefits With The Great Young Farmers 🫚🫚 || How To Transform Your Crops Improvement Gradually With The Mobile Seedbed Techniques..

Hello Hivers 💕💘,

The first thing I realized is that planting using different method in agriculture has its deep importance. When you see people using the mobile seedbed to plant it goes a very long way. Just like any other planting means this method has proven all of the best planting method I have ever known from time past. This also shows that even when you are lazy to cultivate crops, you can jump into this method and put food in your table. It is not that I am encouraging laziness in agriculture but there are sometimes when you don't feel like getting into the farm fully. But when you use this method you can easily transport what you have cultivated from one location to another and from one agricultural farm to another with no stress. It is also one of the quick method to improve cultivated crops.

This is what I mean, when you cultivate a crop and you see and notice that the growth and development of the particular crop is not up to your standard. You can easily change the growth and development through several means or ways. Through the use of organic manure of different types. You can use the Poultry droppings, you can use the Cow dunk, you can use the rabbit droppings. You can use any of this for the same purpose and it will do best growth and development for you and also increase the product just like as you are seeing me in the article.

So I planted the turmeric 🫚🫚 root because it does not have seed at all just like in the case of grains. So because it belongs to ginger family. After I planted it it took several months before it started producing more which word I check by farm record it's more than 6 months. Because it will first of all grow up the leaves then in that process it will start manufacturing more root as it production. Thereafter it will begin to attach to one another then becoming more bigger as it is shown finally. After the sixth month you see more development and improvement in the turmeric plant.

  • This was when the first batch of the harvest was completed and the kids were already among the to say what we have in the soil. The main reason why I purposely cultivated the turmeric inside the mobile bucket is that it will give a very easy access just like as you can see it in the pictures. Although it took a while before we can harvest them one after the other.

There is what is called continuous learning. This simply means that, just as in any other profession you need to constantly repeat a lot of statement so that it will sink in the memory of the listeners. That was what I did because there was a lot of questions that was asked by my kids.

The elder sister also came around when myself and the junior sister were busy on the farm doing some meditations question and answering before the harvesting commenced. The first thing the elder sister asked was that Daddy, What is this Plant?. Although she noticed that I cultivated a plant inside the mobile bucket and now the leaves were gone because of the atmospheric weather. That is why I said that there are several crops that can absolutely do well during the dry season and it will give it best production ever. You can see that this turmeric is a typical example of such crop.

  • The harvesting of this plant called the turmeric can be harvested anytime of the day or the year in as much as you have seen the sign that your turmeric plant is absolutely ready for harvesting. But when you skip this process it will later grow back again and start developing more root.

The harvesting of turmeric may attract a lot of question because even when you harvest a set of turmeric root, you will always see more even when you dig the soil more deeply. Either with your bear hands or the use of cutlass slightly.

  • This was when first of all did the first batch of the harvesting and it was placed on the more visibility. I really appreciated the years of this method because even when your cultivated crop is ready for harvesting you will see the trademark on the soil. The soil will start cracking. It will be shown on the soil that the soil is cracking that means that what you have cultivated is fully matured for harvesting.

It's actually much because they are attached to one another so I needed to use my finger to trace the soil slightly before I started pulling it out gradually.

Actually when I planted the turmeric it was just 3 turmeric root I bought in the market. So in this case it is not hybrid at all. I stopped at the local market here in ilorin kwara State Nigeria and I bought from aboki which is also known as the Hausa trunk pusherman that was standing along the road.

Those turmeric grew out so well, which makes me to wonder the kind of soil that was used. And again can we use this same method for garlic?

When the contribution of the turmeric was about to commenced. I prepare the soil in a way that it will be sandy-loamy. So even when there is a lot of rainfall it will penetrate the soil and germination will still happen. So you can also make it the same soil composition. Also when you are talking about garlic garlic are very small and handy. So you need to first of all create what is known as a nursery bed or better still, you can create a very smaller container which will serve as the nursery bed before you transfer it into bigger container. And you keep on applying water regularly.
