The green vegetables that are being cultivated during the rainy season maybe extremely different from the dry season because of the nature of the weather condition at some point. And at the same time it's does the same work as it is mainly to aim at providing natural nutrients for the body after consumption. This consumption also determines through the way by which the preparation is made. Sometimes we may be at our own loss because of how the preparation is being made. Green vegetable preparation should be done within a few minutes which does not take a longer period of time. All the ingredients should have been fully cooked before you add the doing vegetables. This will make the green vegetable to cook within few minutes and that is it. It will maintain it natural nutrients and the green pigment inside the soup. I'll be making more food preparation of this in my subsequent post to show us how it is prepared to maintain its natural nutrients.

The spinach vegetable like I said earlier is of different types and species depending on which of the country you are and what they call it. The most cases when you go to the agricultural stores you call it spinach. But it will also been analyzed by calling it different type of spinach. So the appetizer to the stomach vegetable is also common in some part of Nigeria because of the nature of its nutrients and the nature of human being within the specified region. Some actually plant this in their own environment when it comes to family farm, cultivating it inside the compound can be found in so many places. And that is why the spread of appetizer to the stomach vegetable lies. From one compound to another you can find it. And even in the market it is possible that to you see this type of spinach. But it is also seen in some big market. Not just roadside market or smaller markets.

• The spinach is very rich in nutrients. The way you prepare it will always bring it natural nutrients into place. There was one time I visited a colleague and the green vegetable preparation was not a top notch. This was because she actually prepared it and she kept on cooking the spinach vegetable until it turns pure Brown. After a while she brought out the soup and the face of the soup was pure Brown even though its green vegetable. This is to show that all the grand pigment are already gone and the nutrient its half way gone.

It is also very easy to cultivate and manage. It all depends on How you prepare your mind, body and soul. Likewise it also depend on the nature of the soil and the environment. There are some agricultural soil that are very rich in nutrients. But its now depends on the Farmer to know how to manage the soil for cultivation of crops.

When you want to fetch the appetizer to the stomach vegetable it must be done by cutting the leaves randomly. This randomly will help the plant itself to grow more wider. You must alternate the cutting of the leaves regularly.

Beginning leaves will always become more bigger and wider when you keep on harvesting the leaves on a regular basis. It should also be checked if you have new leaves coming up. So that your attention will also be there to know if you need more branch support.

The method you use will also determine how frequent you see the leaves to fetch. When you use the mobile Seedbed or some other planting methods you may continually see how frequency they grow and react to the type of soil you have.
