The Struggles and Realities of Renting a Home in My Country
It has been another gracious week with lots of gratitude in it today I am writing on this new week's prompt For rent:
Let me start with how does the rent culture varies in my country now as it is landlords making it hard to move into a new home let me say first of all Agency looking for house for you to move into is the first problem you will ever encounter cause the price they will tell you will want to cut someone neck off. The house is not even worth it they will take you to houses Let's say the landlord's per year rent is 1 million agent fees would be around 1.5 million and in total house is around 2.5 million, Agents are one of the things to get house is mostly difficult how can an agent money be more than the house itself.
To the rent culture itself, we ought to look at the house they pick for us. Sometimes, some houses are not worth the money being paid. Also, let your description of home be very clear to the gen because some landlords, after you move into the new home, frustrate you that you would pack away before your rent expired. There is an example of this movie My Crazy Landlord. I recommend you go watch it.
As for what measures do you take if I am the one renting a new home their several thing I take into consideration, the hygiene, I have zero tolerance for hygiene so I take it seriously such as the toilet, the compound, and so on… I also ensure it a house am not living with the landlord in it is always a problem you need to confirm every details of the house and and also carefully read the rules and regulations if it okay with you and also do a full inspection on the house and around the neighborhood something like theft, house leaking and all that I wouldn't want to move into a house with many neighbor.
If am a landlord I would want a God fearing person, not just that but also a hardworking one ok for example a Vod fearing person appear to me and wanted to rent out my house the first question he or she asked sorry what the water hygiene and how safe is the compound and I would also take care of the compound like my own that kind of thought you will peaceful as not renting the house to some one who is flashy money to you and wearing fancy clothed or cars the thought would be like wouldn't this person carry your house and sell one day forget the fact he is rich or that but the way he moves his money around would your house be safe around suh person.
Normally you might think that having a God fearing person is not written on the forehead they can be in the form of character true but you also need to be careful who you lease your house to by keeping watch of their activities after rent. That's my theory.

You have well spoken, leaving in the same compound can be a very big issue with the landlord can be a very big issue. Some tenants can be so troublesome too, so it's also important to have basic knowledge of the tenants. Thank you for sharing
