freedom, morality and law, where should we draw the line?
Hello Everyone I am writing on this week's prompt somehow the prompt got me thinking for a while before knowing what to write but from my own belief, I think it has been considered law in our country already.

Yeah, cause if we act against the rules under the courthouse or do something that outshines the regulations made by the courthouse such a person will be given harsh punishment by the judge.
To my understanding I believe it should be considered when making laws in society we human beings are funny and something else entirely I give a few reasons why:
- Laws Reflect Society
- The laws also shape what society calls right and wrong
- Promote justice and human rights
- Helps us balance what we think is good or bad
I think those are a few points listed and enough reasons why it should be considered in the law.
Should it be deemed illegal
Really yeah to some extent it should be deemed illegal not all human being acts are seen as worth praise that needed to be taken to court such as:
- Lying to your partner
- Lying to your parent
- greediness or cheating
Those acts can be solved within themselves not compulsory to be taken to court for their clearance
But acts that go against the principle of law such as:
- killing
- Stealing
- Abuse of personal rights or power
Those sorts of things can be illegal and brought before the court it illegal acts.
The last statement is based on two answers yes or no from my own understanding such as freedom and responsibility.
In a free society, people have the right to make personal choices as long as
- No law is broken
- No one is harmed (physically, financially, or psychologically)
- No rights are violated
Then yes, people have the freedom to act, even if others see those actions as morally wrong.
Choosing not to help someone in need
Engaging in legal but controversial lifestyles or belief
Being rude, selfish, or dishonest
These may be morally bankrupt to some, but not illegal and that’s part of what freedom includes but freedom without morality is risky.
A society where everyone does whatever they like even without breaking laws or hurting people can lead to Erosion of trust, Cultural decay, Social Injustice
why because not all harm is visible or immediate. Some morally bankrupt acts may:
- Spread corruption
- Encourage others to act selfishly
- Create a cold, dangerous society where no one cares for others
Freedom is not the same as a license.
You have the right to choose, but also the duty to care about the effects of your choices even when no law is involved.
Freedom must be balanced with responsibility just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should, Healthy societies rely on both laws and shared ethics, Laws keep people safe and Ethics keep people decent.
Without morality, a person may not break laws but they may still destroy relationships, communities, or trust.

Freedome is the main importance in a law country, if the moral and ethics will brinmg freedom and peace we have to learn to flow with it but if it against we must learn to cut it off
