There are countless diseases in this world that has stolen people’s dreams and destroy homes even country during the days of covid 19 or Ebolar and so many more we unheard about some are silent killer slowing entry our life we until it spreads wide till we reach the point of no return unable to cure it than to wait for death to come and take us.
It is really heartbreaking witnessing people, loved ones lossing their lives to sickness i can remember a neighbor i think i shared his post as of recent this week he lost his life to malaria the sickness has been creeping into him from early stage to the point his skin became white like a dead corpse even after taking to the hospital there was no hope for him to be heathy rather than than accept death at that moment it was painful to lose him them even if we are not related by blood but i had the sympathy of caring but what can be done we had to accept the harsh reality of life.
Diseases isn't just something one would wished for and it a bad thing if someone caught up with one cause the feeling of loosing your lost one to a disease i don’t pray to experience it.
My point am getting to exactly if we been giving to eradicate one would that be the best cause if action to take lets say for example someone you know came up with a rare disease such as covid and you had the power to cure the person of covid and the same person cane up with another diseases what are you going to do then?
If being given the power i would do a vaccine to cure all diseases in any disease would be immune to it thats what i will come out with if been given the power.

For me aheee, there are some diseases which kills gaster than this one's mentioned.
Some people defame some ones character such that the person may even end up killing himself.
Some have some hypocritical character that sends organisation packing by their fraudulent living.
For me ehee, if am asked to choose one vaccine that can cure a sickness or disease, the vaccine I will like to cure is hatred.
If we live and exhume love all around us, you will find out that disease will reduce, sicknesses will go.
Sicknesses like HBP and depression will go.
Generally, sickness and diseases are been triggered by something and when that happens, the resulting effect will be sickness or disease 😢 😕
