Aceh Luwak Coffee is a type of coffee that is famous for its unique production process. Made from nuts that have been eaten, digested, and excreted by the Asian palm civet, a small mammal native to Indonesia. Civets choose the best coffee berries to eat, and the coffee beans go through a fermentation process while in their digestive system. Once the beans are removed, they are collected, thoroughly cleaned, and roasted to produce Aceh Luwak Coffee.

Aceh is a region in the northern part of Sumatra Island, Indonesia, which is famous for its production of high quality coffee. The combination of a unique production process and the specific region where it is cultivated gives Kopi Luwak Aceh a distinct taste profile.

Acehnese Luwak coffee is often described as having a smooth, full taste with a complex taste. This coffee is often considered one of the most expensive coffees in the world because it is labor intensive for Hive friends.
