Lab Animals Our Modern Savior

Considering animals health's relationship to man's, it's observed that animals are very important to man from day-to-day activities and even biological research and discoveries that cordially link man's health with that of animals.

It's recorded that the first successful kidney transplant was carried out from a pig (Sus domesticus), a pentadactyl animal that's less considered as man's friend but an omnivorous one.

For that matter, the scientist carried out a successful one from the pig to a man (his wife), but ever since then, scientists have been making tireless efforts in finding a more suitable way of getting back at any catastrophic disease or virus outbreak.

By testing a drug on some selected set of animals whose body system (gastro-intestinal tract) is similar to that of man, considering the life of man as more precious than that of theirs.

In life we should know that before success is achieved there must be sacrifice, so scientists consider the lab animals as the prize needed to be paid in order to get appropriate counter-sickness assumptions.

Apparently monkeys and other higher animals had been used in subsequent years, leading to many scientific concerns aiming at reducing biological loss and considering rodents as mammals and having most internal organs similarly to that of humans.

After making a diversified research and hypothesis, it's finalized by the world researchers that they are appropriate for any research or lab work—that's where lab animals came into the picture.

Guinea pigs are drastically used in the lab alongside other animals, such as rabbits, mice, and the rest.

To some extent, this can cause harm to them and can be seen as cruelty, but on the other hand, we consider them as our savior

because with them being used and confirmed on them, we can't actually know the ratio and percentage of proportionality to be administered to human.

Likewise, considering the health of the poor animals, scientists have discovered many technological methods and devices for CBC (complete blood count)

simulations that can help to predetermine the end product of the research that is about to take place so the life of the animal is 60% preserved and predetermined.

The lives of men are seen to be very precious and never to be underestimated, so care and great precautions should be observed before making any drugs or vaccines that should be consumed by human.

Talking of fate and discoveries, we have to believe that without pain there's no gain, and without putting it into practice, we can't know if or not the research is standard.

In my own view and understanding, I suggest they are our savior and our best friend; so much care should be given to them and good handling, even at the lab or any other places they are found,

because without them, many lives might have been lost, and our society would be filled with dreaded disease and an uncontrollable outbreak because there won't be sites for testing our bio discoveries in talk of vaccines and drugs.
