Someone You Loved By Lewis Calpadi (cover) - VIBES WEEK 2

Hello everyone, Yeah, it's a pleasure to be participating in Vibes web3 music competition for week 2. The previous week was fun while watching different participants displaying their talents, I enjoyed watching them and it's another fun week again on vibes. For this week, I'll be down a cover song by Lewis Calpadi, and the song title is "Someone You Loved".

I've been practising it since four days ago because the pitch seems to be high for me, but after making different attempts, I was able to come out with something. I first did a capella version of it, and I downloaded the instrumental on YouTube to spice it up..hehe, Yeah! I'd love to know your thoughts about my cover 😊.

About the song; There are times we feel lonely and sad when someone who loved us or someone we loved is no longer with us, it might be our friends or family member, Sometimes we might lose them through death or they might choose to leave. I've got to understand that there are something we can not control in Life, something we don't wish for happens sometimes and we are left with no choice but to accept the reality.

Though it might be very difficult to get the memories out of our mind. "Just let it go" so they say, but it's not always easy, just like the singer poured out his emotions:

It's easy to say but it's never the Same.

However, we must give ourselves to time heal, the healing process is not always easy and I don't judge people who find it difficult to heal because our emotions are different and if peradventure I were in their shoes, I might feel the same, and for some people it only took them a short time to heal. So the healing process for everyone is different.
