Sometimes it feels like life is rushing us to keep up with everything, but I’ve learned that slowing down often helps me achieve more.
Productivity isn’t about speed, it’s about clarity.

its mainly people around us, sometimes how our environment thinks.
They make it look as if at 30 or 40 your name should be publish in Forbes as one of the richest or you are poor.

That pressure ehh, especially during ones 20's it's always the worst

Yes, that’s true also. It’s good to understand and accept that life isn’t a competition and just because the other person is doing great, doesn’t automatically mean you’ve failed.

Keep doing your best while staying kind to yourself…

I like how you put the focus on clarity over pace. A five minute pause before I start often saves me an hour of wandering, do you have a small reset you use when the day starts sprinting?

For me,
A short nap works wonders.

Love that, power naps feel like hitting a soft reset button. Do you aim for 10 to 20 minutes or does it sometimes turn into the two hour surprise?

I don’t aim at any time at all.
I just rest and when my brain is ready, I wake up. When I check my time, it’s usually less than 10 mins or 10 mins max
