RE: TRYING TO GET RID OF BOREDOM

it's a nice one . Boredom can really be frustrating especially when u are lost between the thought of doing something and being weak to even do anything. The Bible describes it very well "the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak " 🙂.
I for one tend to listen to music or at least watch a movie to keep my brain (mind ) busy .. or better still pick a book ( novel or educational ).
