A picture is worth a thousand words.

At first glance, the image reminded me of the popular children's story "Little Red Riding Hood," but upon closer inspection, I perceived a reverse interpretation of the story I know, as I see that she's the one chasing the wolf.
This brought to mind a rather common human behavior.

To be honest, it's an attitude more inherent to women: the conscious mistake we make of entering into relationships with narcissists, abusers, chauvinists, selfish men, womanizers, or misogynists.
Anyone can be deceived and get involved in a bad relationship, but I'm not talking about that; I'm talking about those of us who have a history of past relationships, of how our previous partners treated us, and yet our self-sufficiency doesn't lie.
We underestimate the woman who came before us and consider ourselves superior.

ACTING AGAINST LOGIC

The wolf lay peacefully by the side of a forest path.

His half-closed eyes gave him the appearance of a docile animal as he dozed. She saw him again some time later and discovered a great attraction in his appearance.

Blancapura, as she called herself, knew the story of Little Red Riding Hood by heart, but her desire to test the wolf's cunning was stronger than her fear of being devoured.

That afternoon, she could no longer resist the temptation to experience the beast's bite firsthand. She took Little Red Riding Hood's hood and set off to meet him. "He promised me things would be different with me," she thought as she walked. "Besides, I'm more beautiful and passionate than her. I'll dominate him with my charms." With that thought, she entered the den, still retaining her self-esteem.

Un abrazo a los amigos de #freewritehouse, apenas ví la imagen que convoca me animé a participar pues no cabe dudas que:
Una imagen vale más que mil palabras.

A primera vista de la imagen, recordé el popular cuento para niños " La Caperucita Roja", pero al observar con mente y razonamiento adulto, percibí una lectura inversa a la historia que conozco, pues observo que es ella quien va detrás del lobo.
Así vino a mi mente un comportamiento bastante recurrente en los humanos.
A decir verdad es una actitud más inherente a las mujeres,es ese error que cometemos de manera consciente de ir a relaciones con narcisistas, maltratadores,machistas, egoísta, mujeriegos o misóginos.
Cualquiera puede ser engañada y verse involucrada en una mala relación, pero no hablo de eso si no, de las que tenemos antecedentes, del trato a sus parejas anteriores y aún así la autosuficiencia nos engaña.
Subestimamos a la que estuvo antes y nos cocideramos superiores.

ACTUAR CONTRA LA LÓGICA

El lobo se encontraba echado, con tranquilidad aparente, a la orilla de un sendero del bosque.
Sus ojos entornados le daban la apariencia de un animal dócil mientras dormitaba, así lo volvió a ver ella después de un tiempo y descubrió en su apariencia un gran atractivo.
Blancapura,se nombra ella, se sabía de memoria la historia de
La Caperucita Roja, pero su deseo de conocer la sagacidad del lobo era más fuerte que el temor a ser deborada.
Aquella tarde no soportó más la tentación de experimentar en carne propia las dentelladas de la fiera, tomó la capucha de Caperucita y partió a su encuentro. Él me prometió que conmigo sería diferente __ así pensaba en su recorrido por el trayecto__ Además, soy más hermosa y apasionada que ella,lo dominaré con mis encantos.
Con ese pensamiento entró al Cubil,cuando aún conservaba su autoestima.
¡Pobre! El lobo es precisamente eso, un lobo.
