Hello, can someone help me? I referred a friend and earned some LEO, but when I try to claim it, even though I read the confirm of successfully claimed rewards, nothing happen and the LEO still remain unclaimed. Am I doing something wrong?

You probably need to engage more on the platform and encourage your referrers to engage. Otherwise, the system will take your activities as BOT related and you will not get your LEO
Do you have any screenshots before/during/after this happened to you? If it's a bug, that would help.
