Dried fish curry.....
Hello Foodies Bee Hive .I hope everyone is doing well. My body has been very bad for some time. I was not getting any food test for fever and cold. I thought it would be nice to eat something spicy . And the first thing that comes to mind is to eat dried fish curry.I like the flavor of dried fish so much that I can eat a lot of rice with this curry in no time.
Without further ado, let's go directly to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Any kind of dried fish (I took dried mullet fish) - fifty grams
Garlic - one big one
Chilli (as much as you want)
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
salt
Mustard oil
Eggplant - two medium size
Ripe tomatoes - two
Raw tomatoes - one
Water
Recipe:
At first chopped all the veggies, garlic & green chillies as the shape you want.
Cut the dried fish and fry them well in an empty pan and wash them with hot water, this will remove the dirt inside the fish.
After that, in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chillies and lightly fry it. Then add mustard oil and fry it lightly. Then fry the garlic with chili and turmeric powder & salt till it becomes soft. Then fry the dried fish thoroughly so that the dried fish are fried well.You can add or less spices according to your taste . I prefer spicy cause I was craving for it for that I put extra chillies in it .
Then the cut vegetables should be mixed well in a pan, lightly fried and cooked in moderate heat with sufficient amount of water.
When the broth is dry, it is totally ready for serving & eating. Its real taste can be found by eating it with hot rice. You can also eat it along with roti or like a normal vegetable curry.
