A cordial greeting, my best wishes to you who read me, welcome to this, my little space in Hive, where anecdotes are always present, leading to reflections and learning. The Holos Lotus community always offers us very nice initiatives and one of these is the one from @damarysvibra about the fact that in April we will celebrate the International Literacy and Language Day.

When I take a book in my hands, I feel a special affection, and it is due to my experiences with these in my childhood days which I always lived in this humble town, but rich not only thanks to its natural attractiveness, but also for having a school and teachers who guided us through books by the world of knowledge.

Since my upbringing took place in a reading environment thanks in great part to my biological paternal family (I had the blessing of two parents) I was always surrounded by books, I remember that in my grandmother's house there was a large library but always highlighted a book called “Bible”, it turns out that my paternal grandmother was a Christian and read a lot, I loved to talk with her, she always had a reading for me, she motivated me to read verses, to comment it, it was so nice that grandmother's ability to make it enjoyable.

In each reading anecdotes came up and in my childish mind I could imagine Jesus, his family, friends, all those people who lived before us on this earth, who were able to leave evidence of it thanks to the writing and the most important thing they transmitted the power of faith. They united families, biological and life, to this day, the bible is a book that fills me with faith, with strength.

When I learned to read I avidly devoured the story books, I remember that once in third grade the teacher asked me to buy another book with longer readings, my mother searched and searched but the book was out of print; One of my aunts came to visit and asked me if I wanted something special that she could buy for me and I immediately asked her for the book, my mom scolded me for it because she had already told me that it was out of stock, I started to cry because I wanted it so badly, my aunt gave me a nice dress but even though it was not enough for me, then she gave me the most beautiful gift, “Petete's Fat Book”.

When this book came into my hands my joy was enormous, I learned a lot with Petete, my curiosity was awakened even more, it gave me a general and lively learning thanks to this figure of Petete whom I always associate with the joy of learning. It allowed me to share this knowledge, I took it to school, I read it to my friends. Throughout my life, books have played an important role, they have been comforting, supportive in difficult moments and not only for me, for others.

As a teacher, psychopedagogue, I use them a lot, they have given me those necessary tools to achieve those important changes in other people's lives, no doubt reading is a pleasure and the way to knowledge, that we should always share with others.

Un saludo cordial, mis mejores deseos para ti que me lees, bienvenido a este, mi pequeño espacio en Hive, donde las anécdotas están siempre presentes, conllevando a reflexiones y aprendizajes. La comunidad Holos Lotus siempre nos ofrece iniciativas muy bonitas y una de estas es la de @damarysvibra a propósito de que en el mes de abril celebraremos el Dia Internacional del LIbro y del Idioma.

Cuando tomo un libro en mis manos, siento un afecto especial, y se debe a mis experiencias con estos en mis días de infancia las cuales siempre viví en este pueblito humilde, pero rico no sólo gracias a su atractivo natural, también por contar con una escuela y maestros que nos guiaron a través de los libros por el mundo del saber.

Dado que mi crianza se dió en un ambiente lector gracias en gran parte a mi familia paterna biológica (tuve la bendición de dos padres) siempre estuve rodeada de libros, recuerdo que en casa de mi abuelita había una gran biblioteca pero siempre resaltó un libro llamado "Biblia", resulta que mi abuelita paterna era cristiana y leía mucho, me encantaba conversar con ella, siempre tenía una lectura para mi, me motivaba a leer versículos, a comentarlo, era tan bonita esa habilidad de la abuela para hacerlo ameno.

En cada lectura surgían anécdotas y en mi mente infantil podía imaginarme a Jesús, a su familia, amigos, a todas esas personas que vivieron antes que nosotros en esta tierra, que pudieron dejar evidencias de ello gracias a la escritura y lo más importante transmitieron el poder de la fe. Unieron familias,biológicas y de la vida, hasta el sol de hoy, la biblia es un libro que me llena de fe, de fortaleza.

Cuando aprendí a leer devoré avidamente los libros de cuentos, recuerdo que una vez en tercer grado la maestra pidió me compraran otro libro con lecturas más largas, mi mamá buscó y buscó pero el libro estaba agotado; una de mis tías llegó de visita y me preguntó si deseaba algo en especial que ella pudiera comprarme y enseguida le pedí el libro, mi mamá me regañó por ello pues ya me había dicho que estaba agotado, me puse a llorar pues lo deseaba con ansias, mi tía me regaló un lindo vestido pero a pesar de ello no era suficiente para mi, entonces me hizo el regalo más bello, "El libro Gordo de Petete".

Cuando este libro llegó a mis manos mi alegría fue enorme, aprendí mucho con Petete, mi curiosidad se despertó aún más, me proporcionó un aprendizaje general y animado gracias a esta figura de Petete a quien siempre asocio con la alegría de aprender. Me permitió compartir estos conocimientos, lo llevé a la escuela, lo leí para mis amigos. A lo largo de mi vida, los libros han jugado un papel importante, han sido reconfortantes, apoyo en momentos dificiles y no sólo para mi, para otros.

Como maestra, psicopedagoga, los uso mucho, me han dado esas herramientas necesarias para lograr esos cambios importantes en la vida de otras personas, sin duda leer es un placer y la vía al conocimiento, ese que siempre debemos compartir con otros.
