Greetings, dear #ladiesofhive community, welcome to my blog. I'm joining the weekly contest and questions from my friend @irenenavarroart to activate my imagination and get me dreaming.

1- Has ganado el dinero para comprar una casa y tienes dos opciones. La primera es una casa grande y bonita, pero cuyas mejores épocas ya pasaron. Necesita muchas reparaciones y remodelaciones, por lo que su precio es bajo. La segunda opción es una casa pequeña. No es tan bonita como la anterior, pero no tienes que invertir tiempo ni dinero en reparaciones, así que su precio es mucho más alto. ¿Qué eliges? ¿Eres del grupo de "arreglar a mi gusto" o del grupo de "comprar todo listo y rápido"?
Creo que soy del grupo de "arreglar a mi gusto" me arriesgo elijo ir por la casa grande y bonita, así tengo libertad de darle mi toque personal, de diseñar mi hogar como lo he soñado, para enaltecer mi esencia, lo que soy, lo que valoro y como quiero vivir.

1- You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best days are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and renovations, so its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time and money in repairs, so its price is much higher. What do you choose? Are you in the "fix it to my liking" group or the "buy everything ready and fast" group? I think I'm in the "fix it to my liking" group. I take a risk and choose to go for the big, beautiful house. This way, I have the freedom to give it my personal touch, to design my home as I've dreamed of, to enhance my essence, who I am, what I value, and how I want to live.

Y no se trata solo de lo material, es pensar en mi bienestar, en como cada espacio esté acorde con las necesidades de mi familia y la mía propia , la cocina que sea ese espacio de encuentro disfrute y emociones, los baños tengan ese equilibrio de armonía y relajación, contar con espacios acogedores para las visitas y para descanso, hacer un espacio para crear mi jardín, en el futuro pensando en mi vejez crear un espacio cómodo, seguro y de fácil acceso, reconstruir y remodelar mi casa para hacerla agradable, funcional, acogedora, flexible que refleje todo lo que necesito.
Con ese dinero ganado puedo contratar una empresa que ofrezca mano de obra calificada que ofrezca calidad, aceptar sus opiniones, sin dejarlo todo a su gusto, tengo que involucrarme sugerir cada detalle que deseo tener en mi casa, re instalarme en el sitio a ver el avance de la obra, debe ser muy satisfactorio ver que poco a poco lo que una vez soñé va tomando forma. Y lo mejor la obra terminada, ver parte de tu sueño realizado, encender las luces, cerrar la puerta desde adentro por primera vez, colocar tu primer cuadro, estoy segura que la mínima cosita qué haga allí me pondrá super feliz, activará en mi un torbellino de emociones positivas como felicidad, euforia, gratitud, alegría, orgullo ect.

And it's not just about the material; it's about thinking about my well-being, about how each space fits the needs of my family and my own. The kitchen should be a place of encounter, enjoyment, and emotion; the bathrooms should have that balance of harmony and relaxation; have welcoming spaces for guests and rest; make a space to create my garden; in the future, thinking about my old age, create a comfortable, safe, and easily accessible space; rebuild and remodel my house to make it pleasant, functional, welcoming, and flexible, reflecting everything I need. With that money earned, I can hire a company that offers qualified, quality labor; accept their opinions without leaving everything to their liking; I have to get involved, suggest every detail I want in my house; relocate to the site to see the progress of the work; it must be very satisfying to see that, little by little, what I once dreamed of is taking shape. And the best thing is the finished work, seeing part of your dream come true, turning on the lights, closing the door from the inside for the first time, hanging your first painting, I'm sure that the smallest thing I do there will make me super happy, it will activate in me a whirlwind of positive emotions such as happiness, euphoria, gratitude, joy, pride, etc.

2- En mi país, las vacaciones escolares terminaron, mientras que en otros, el verano acaba de terminar. ¿Qué preparativos estás haciendo para tu hogar y tu rutina para los próximos meses?
En mi país arrancan las actividades escolares el próximo lunes 15 de septiembre, nos preparamos con mucho entusiasmo para volver a la rutina diaria, en mi casa ya no hay estudiantes pero hacemos transporte escolar, así que ya se comenzó a preparar el automóvil con su mantenimiento apropiado para que este en condiciones óptimas y empezar el nuevo año escolar con las pilas puestas, con actitud positiva de poder ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros niños que sus padres nos confían y nos dieron esa responsabilidad desde hace cuatro años.

2- In my country, school holidays are over, while in others, summer has just ended. What preparations are you making for your home and your routine for the coming months? In my country, school starts next Monday, September 15th. We are preparing with great enthusiasm to return to our daily routine. At my house, there are no more students, but we provide school transportation. So, we have already begun preparing the car with proper maintenance to keep it in optimal condition and start the new school year recharged, with a positive attitude to be able to offer the best service to our children, whom their parents entrusted to us and gave us that responsibility four years ago.
