It is a pleasure to go through your reflective contributions, full of good vibes to assume and overcome with purpose the feeling of anxiety. You bring us to socialization a powerful psychotherapy, seasoned by multiple valid and useful options. In feelings and emotions, there are no patterns to solve them, due to the complexity and multiversity that each one of us represents in ourselves, as human ecosystems. There are no equal cases, however, there are actions and experiential practices that when shared in discursive and dialectical cooperation, could be the solution to what we are looking for. The valuable thing to consider and never forget is that in the face of stimuli that trigger feelings of fear and anxiety, conditioning factors of anxiety, we must keep in mind and never forget how important it is to ensure that they are temporary and not maintained over time, which would have a considerable effect.

Es un placer recorrer tus reflexivas aportaciones, llenas de buenas vibraciones para asumir y superar con propósito la sensación de ansiedad. Nos acercas a la socialización una psicoterapia poderosa, aderezada por múltiples opciones válidas y útiles. En los sentimientos y emociones, no existen patrones para resolverlos, debido a la complejidad y multiversidad que cada uno de nosotros representamos en nosotros mismos, como ecosistemas humanos. No hay casos iguales, sin embargo hay acciones y prácticas vivenciales que al ser compartidas en cooperación discursiva y dialéctica, podrían ser la solución a lo que buscamos. Lo valioso a tener en cuenta y nunca olvidar es que ante estímulos que desencadenan sentimientos de miedo y ansiedad, condicionantes de la ansiedad, debemos tener presente y nunca olvidar lo importante que es procurar que sean temporales y no mantenidos en el tiempo, lo que tendría un efecto considerable.
