En la mayoría de los casos, la mente, el cerebro, la razón nos dice una cosa... Pero nuestro corazón nos empuja a otra. Eso genera conflictos internos que se vuelven pesados con el tiempo. Sin embargo cuando logramos sincronizar ambos ocurre la magia.
Sientes que ya no hay desperdicio de energía, pues todo está concentrado en lograr un fin sin distracciones. 💫
