Extraño hacerme retratos... Pero de los artísticos, eso que me sirven de catalizador de mis emociones, dónde sólo estamos la cámara y yo... Y todo lo que siento lo puedo reflejar a través del lente.

En estos días leía sobre la historia de Carolina Herrera... Y decía que la Curiosidad era eso que la mantenía viva y aún a sus 85 años podía seguir creando gracias a la curiosidad de su mente, respecto a qué cosas era capaz de lograr y alcanzar.

Crear nos activa esa chispa, nos da esa energía... Y más cuando se trata de algo que nos apasiona.

En lo personal amo los retratos, tanto hacerlos como hacermelos 😁, pero el factor tiempo a veces no me lo permite. Entonces, aprovechando un bonito sol que pegaba en un espacio del centro comercial mientras esperábamos, me saqué unos retratos flash, de ésos que no dicen mucho pero sirven para ir encendiendo los motores y no perder la costumbre! 📸🫰🏼✨

I miss having my portrait taken... But artistic portraits, the kind that serve as a catalyst for my emotions, where it's just me and the camera... And I can reflect everything I feel through the lens.

I was reading about Carolina Herrera's story the other day... She said that curiosity was what kept her alive and that even at 85 she could still create thanks to her curious mind, wondering what she was capable of achieving and accomplishing.

Creating activates that spark in us, it gives us energy... Especially when it's something we're passionate about.

Personally, I love portraits, both taking them and having them taken 😁, but time constraints sometimes prevent me from doing so. So, taking advantage of the beautiful sunshine in a spot in the mall while we waited, I took some quick portraits, the kind that don't say much but serve to get the engines running and keep the habit alive! 📸🫰🏼✨
