A warm greeting to all the friends of #queercoin, who meet weekly to answer a variety of questions. Today we'll be talking about robots. I truly love this topic because it feels very futuristic.
Personally, I can tell you that I'm fascinated by the world of science fiction films linked to technology.
Since I was little, I've seen countless films of this nature, but there's one that, despite many years of experience, remains one of my favorites. It's Astro Boy, created in 2009, an adaptation of the iconic Japanese manga created by Osamu Tezuka.
In it, Astro Boy, a replica of the child Toby Tenma, son of a great scientist, is the protagonist. A robot with superpowers, including great firepower and the ability to fly, he struggles to understand his identity and purpose.
These types of films enjoy great acceptance and popularity among television viewers because they mostly combine the spectacle of science fiction with a depth that forces the audience to reflect on who we are and what future we are building with our own technology. Occasionally, robots become beloved cultural icons, whether for their humor, loyalty, or unexpected humanity.
Films like the aforementioned one or Big Hero 6 are characterized by depicting robots with deep emotions, self-awareness, and the capacity for feelings. It often happens that when people see a real robot in an exhibition, with more functional, industrial, or historical characteristics, they are often disappointed because they don't resemble the friendly, heartfelt robots from the movies.
To summarize and express my opinion on what has been stated, I believe that science fiction films influence our perception of robotics, since fiction acts as a reflection of our hopes and fears, and that is precisely what we take with us when we appreciate any representation of robotics in the real world.
So I say goodbye, but not before urging you to watch a film of this great and fantastic genre.

Un cordial saludo a todos los amigos de #queercoin, que semanalmente nos damos cita para darle respuesta a disímiles preguntas. Hoy estaremos hablando acerca de los robots, la verdad me encanta este tema ya que se siente muy futurista.
Desde lo personal te puedo decir que me fascina el mundo de las películas de ciencia ficción vinculadas con la tecnología.
Desde pequeña he visto un sinfín de películas de esta índole, pero hay una que ha pesar de que han pasado muchos años sigue siendo una de mis favoritas. Se trata de Astro Boy, creada en el año 2009, una adaptación del icónico manga japonés creado por Osamu Tezuka.
En ella Astro Boy réplica del niño Toby Tenma, hijo de un gran científico, es el protagonista. Un robot con superpoderes, incluido un gran poder de fuego y la capacidad de volar. Lucha por entender su identidad y su propósito.
Este tipo de películas goza de gran aceptación y popularidad entre los televidentes, debido a que las películas en su mayoría combinan el espectáculo de la ciencia ficción con una profundidad que obliga a la audiencia a reflexionar sobre quiénes somos y qué futuro estamos construyendo con nuestra propia tecnología. En ocasiones existen robots que se transforman en íconos culturales sumamente queridos, ya sea por su comicidad, su lealtad, o su humanidad inesperada.
Películas como la antes mencionada o Big Hero 6, se caracterizan por presentar robots con emociones profundas, conciencia de sí mismo y la capacidad de tener sentimientos. Sucede entonces que reiteradas veces la gente ve un robot real en una exhibición, con características más funcionales, industriales o históricos, a menudo las personas sienten decepción ya que no se parecen al robot amigo y con corazón de las películas.
A modo resumen y expresando mi criterio acerca de lo expuesto si considero que las películas de ciencia ficción influyen en nuestra percepción con respecto a la robótica, ya que la ficción actúa como un reflejo de nuestras esperanzas y miedos, y eso es precisamente lo que llevamos con nosotros cuando apreciamos cualquiera representación de la robótica en el mundo real.
