Festejos en familia//Family celebrations[ENG-ESP]

Saludos y feliz navidad queridos amigos . Comienzan las festividades por la culminación del año 2025 y por ende las vísperas de un nuevo año que segura estoy todos esperamos que sea próspero, con muchas salud y felicidad.

En lo personal estos días me ponen un poco nostálgica por aquellos seres que ya no me acompañan y que amo y extraño en el ladito de la mesa a la hora de cenar y brindar, por lo acontecido y por lo que será.

Hoy quiero hacerte reflexionar sobre el valor que tienen los momentos que dedicamos a pasar juntos en familia. En muchas ocasiones preferimos otras compañías y dejamos a un lado a la familia y mi amigo, con el tiempo serás testigo como poco a poco irán apareciendo los espacios vacíos en las fiestas, las reuniones familiares, en el hogar y en tu vida.

Valora y disfruta estas celebraciones, tira muchas fotos para que queden recuerdos, abraza a tus abuelos, padres, hijos, hermanos, tíos, primos y amigos, dale ese beso cálido que siempre te pide mamá cuando sales de casa y te exige con un tono de preocupación te cuides siempre, juega esa partida de ajedrez que siempre le niegas a tu abuelo , y ese viejito triste se queda siempre con las ganas de pasar un rato con su nieto que ya es todo un hombre y no entiende de juegos, según tú es una pérdida de tiempo, acompaña a la abuela a mirar el viejo álbum de fotos familiar que siempre tiene guardado en su mecita de noche, como quien no deja escapar el tiempo ni los recuerdos, y escucha cada relato de tus antepasados, siempre ten presente que ella ha perdido mucho en esta vida ya, pero te tiene a ti y tú eres su mayor tesoro, y es que así son las abuelas.

Hoy abrázalos a todos, dale gracias a la vida porque aún te acompañan, otros como yo no tenemos la dicha de tener nuestra familia completa y créeme en estos días se nota la ausencia de cada uno de ellos, en especial la de mi papá que espero se encuentre feliz donde quiera que esté.

Sin más me despido, no sin antes desearte un feliz fin de año en familia, que el amor, la paz y la salud te acompañe en el año 2026, brindemos por lo que tenemos y elevemos las manos al cielo dando las gracias por nuestros seres queridos.

Greetings and Merry Christmas, dear friends. The festivities are beginning to mark the end of 2025 and, therefore, the eve of a new year that I'm sure we all hope will be prosperous, filled with health and happiness.

Personally, these days make me a little nostalgic for those loved ones who are no longer with me, whom I love and miss sitting at the table with them at dinnertime, toasting to what has happened and what is to come.

Today I want to make you reflect on the value of the moments we dedicate to spending together as a family. Often, we prefer other company and neglect our family and friends. With time, you will witness how, little by little, empty spaces will appear in the holidays, family gatherings, at home, and in your life.

Cherish and enjoy these celebrations, take lots of photos to create lasting memories, hug your grandparents, parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, give them that warm kiss Mom always asks for when you leave the house and insists, with a worried tone, that you always take care of yourself, play that game of chess you always deny your grandfather, and that sad old man is always left wanting to spend time with his grandson who is now a grown man and doesn't understand games, according to you it's a waste of time, accompany Grandma to look at the old family photo album that she always keeps on her nightstand, as if she doesn't let time or memories slip away, and listen to every story from your ancestors, always remembering that she has lost a lot in this life already, but she has you and you are her greatest treasure, and that's just how grandmothers are.

Today, hug them all, thank life for still having them with you. Others, like me, don't have the joy of having their whole family, and believe me, these days the absence of each one of them is felt, especially my dad, whom I hope is happy wherever he is.
