El arte de enseñar [ESP-ENG]

Saludos mis queridos amigos de #holoslotus. Hoy pretendo mediante este post,mostrarles un poco acerca de mi profesión. Espero les guste como a mi educar.

Se abren las puertas nuevamente de los centros escolares, comienza el nuevo curso escolar y con él nuevos proyectos de trabajo, desafíos y experiencias que nunca dejan de faltar en el pizarròn frente a un aula.

Me dedico específicamente a la enseñanza Media Superior que comprende el trabajo con adolescentes de 15 a 18 años , una etapa muy bonita pero llena de retos.

Primeramente se reúne el claustro de profesores, allí vamos preparando con mucha dedicación y de la mejor forma posible la base material de estudio de los estudiantes, con la que trabajarán el entrante curso , ejemplo de ello ; lápices , libros por asignaturas, libretas y demás útiles.

Luego damos paso a las preparaciones metodológicas, allí debatimos nuevos proyectos y vías para implementar en la enseñanza de cada contenido.

Soy Licenciada en Español -Literatura, desde ya voy preparando las obras con las que trabajaremos , en este caso una de las que tiene más relevancia es El reino de este mundo, voy realizando su reseña y elaborando ejercicios para lograr mejor su comprensión .

Esta asignatura a mi parecer y confirmo es elemental para el conocimiento de cada individuo al igual que para su cultura.

Cada nuevo curso es un camino por conocer, se que me esperan nuevas vivencias y aprendizajes, siempre les digo a mis alumnos - ustedes aprenden de mí y yo de ustedes. Y aunque parezca trabalenguas, es así.

Para ejercer el magisterio más que nada debes tener vocación profesional, humanidad, amor, responsabilidad, debes saber escuchar, ser recíproco y saber transmitir no solo conocimientos ,sino, inculcar valores que en muchas ocasiones se ausentan en casa.

En lo personal he crecido como ser humano, he experimentado lo que se siente estar del otro lado y la responsabilidad que esto conlleva.

Una de las grandes batallas que me ha tocado ayudar a ganar es; la de apoyar a un alumno con cáncer. Fue un duro golpe no solo para él, sino, para toda el aula incluyéndome, pero no nos dejamos vencer, según lo planeado, logrará la gran meta este curso de verse graduado.

Y es que el maestro se convierte en familia, la escuela en hogar y los alumnos en hijos que vamos dirigiendo siempre por el buen camino.

Aunque existan aún carencias, referido a lo material, a la cobertura docente y otros componentes como las disparidades socioeconómicas de los estudiantes el maestro debe ser flexible, creativo y nunca dejar de la mano a los educandos.

De mi parte siempre habrá la mejor entrega y ganas de superación . De ello depende el conocimiento y futuro de las nuevas generaciones.

Cada maestro debe hacer sentir a sus alumnos importantes, únicos y necesarios en esta sociedad. Y a la vez debe existir un mayor reconocimiento a la tan importante labor del maestro.

Sin duda alguna pertenecer al ejército encargado del saber, ha realzado mis valores como persona y profesional que soy, ha alimentado cada rincón de mi alma y me ha enseñado que una buena educación puede hacer la diferencia .

The doors of schools are opening again, the new school year begins, and with it new work projects, challenges, and experiences that are always on the blackboard in front of the classroom.

I am specifically dedicated to upper secondary education, which includes working with adolescents ages 15 to 18, a very beautiful but challenging stage.

First, the teaching staff meets, where we diligently and in the best possible way prepare the students' study materials, which they will use in the coming school year. For example, pencils, subject books, notebooks, and other supplies.

Then we move on to methodological preparations, where we discuss new projects and ways to implement them in the teaching of each subject.

I have a degree in Spanish Literature, and I'm already preparing the works we'll be working with. In this case, one of the most relevant is The Kingdom of This World. I'm reviewing it and creating exercises to improve its understanding.

This subject, in my opinion and I confirm, is essential for each individual's knowledge and culture.

Each new course is a path to explore. I know new experiences and learning await me. I always tell my students: you learn from me, and I from you. And although it may seem like a tongue-twister, it's true.

To teach, above all, you must have a professional calling, humanity, love, and responsibility. You must know how to listen, be reciprocal, and know how to transmit not only knowledge but also values ​​that are often lacking at home.

Personally, I have grown as a human being. I have experienced what it feels like to be on the other side and the responsibility that this entails.

One of the greatest battles I have had to help win is supporting a student with cancer. It was a hard blow not only for him but for the entire class, including myself. But we did not give up. As planned, he will achieve the great goal of graduating this year.

The teacher becomes a family, the school becomes a home, and the students become children whom we always guide along the right path.

Although there are still shortcomings in terms of materials, teaching staff, and other factors such as the socioeconomic disparities among students, all of this requires greater preparation, flexibility, and creativity. I will always be committed and eager to improve. The knowledge and future of the new generations depend on it.

From my side, there will always be the greatest commitment and desire to excel. The knowledge and future of the next generations depend on it.

Every teacher should make their students feel important, unique, and necessary in this society. And at the same time, there should be greater recognition of the vital work of teachers.

Without a doubt, belonging to the army charged with knowledge has enhanced my values ​​as a person and professional, nourished every corner of my soul, and taught me that a good education can make a difference.
