Con este maquillaje estoy rindiendo un pequeño tributo a los alocados años 20, en donde la liberación femenina y su introducción al mundo laboral redujo el rol de esposa y ama de casa en donde la mujer se vería muy encasillada, con ello no solo disminuyó lo antes mencionado, sino también el uso de los corset, así pasaron a usar ropa más suelta y corta, y gracias al Jazz más descubierta, luciendo un cabello más corto y con un maquillaje, sin duda, influenciado por el teatro: piel pálida para destacar siendo este un sinónimo de estatus social, ojos ahumados y redondeados con colores rojizos o púrpuras, cejas finas y caidas, labios granates más pequeños y acorazonados en comparación con los labios al natural "al estilo boca de pinón", además, unas mejillas coloradas rojizas al redondes de la misma pero sin exagerarlas.

Gracias a la exposición de la mujer en el entorno laboral, la industria del maquillaje tiende a diseñar maquillaje portátil.
