Coffee afternoon in a beautiful place with all the Colombian essence in coffee, with its unique flavor, pure and delicious, in tasting, aromas and body, Colombian coffee among the best I have tasted, this time I went with a mocaccino in its preparation made with coffee and chocolate, the truth the afternoon was very cold and I wanted chocolate but at the same time have the taste of coffee present in my drink, This coffee shop was the chosen one among several streets that I visited, and the fact is that in Bogota we found many, many coffee spots, many coffee shops, mostly themed and that of course highlight the importance of coffee, its methods of preparation and above all its quality, I feel that I am in the paradise of coffee.
The coffee shop we chose was a very nice and relaxing place where while you drink your coffee you can read a book, they have a map of Colombia with some images of tourist destinations to learn more about this beautiful country.

The coffee used for the mocha was one of huila origin, pink bourbon variety with notes of cane, lemongrass and plum, which of course did not feel the change with the chocolate mixture, but still its flavor was very rich and unique, so different and special, the truth is that I enjoyed my coffee while reading a book that I found super interesting, I reached about 10 pages of this book while I tasted the deliciousness of my coffee, it is definitely a place where I would go again, but next time to try directly some method of coffee preparation, they also have these so I'm going straight for the aeropress in that same type of coffee.

Tarde de café en un lugar hermoso con toda la esencia colombiana en café, con su sabor tan único, puro y delicioso, en degustación, aromas y cuerpo, café colombiano entre los mejores que he probado, en esta ocasión me fui con un mocaccino en su preparación hecho con café y chocolate, la verdad la tarde estaba muy fría y quería chocolate pero a la misma vez tener el sabor del café presente en mi bebida, este café fue el elegido entre varias calles recorridas, y es que en Bogotá encontramos muchos pero muchos puntos cafeteros, muchas cafeterías en su gran mayoría temáticas y que por supuesto resaltan la importancia del café, sus métodos de preparación y sobre todo su calidad, siento que estoy en el paraíso del café.
En la cafetería que escogimos fue un lugar muy bonito y relajante donde mientras tomas tu café puedes leer un libro, tienen el mapa de Colombia con algunas imágenes de destinos turísticos para mas conocer de este hermoso país.

El café utilizado para el moca fue uno de origen del huila, variedad bourbon rosado con notas a caña, limoncillo y ciruela, que por supuesto no se sintió al cambio con la mezcla de chocolate, pero aun así su sabor era muy rico y único, tan diferente y especial, la verdad yo me disfrute mi café mientras me leía un libro que me pareció super interesante, alcance unas 10 paginas de este libro mientras degustaba lo delicioso de mi café, definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería a ir, pero en próxima vez a probar directamente algún método de preparación de café, ellos también cuentan con estos así que ya voy directo por la aeropress en ese mismo tipo de café.
