Desde que miro el café con otros ojos me he tomado la tarea de conocer nuevas cafeterías y probar nuevas técnicas de preparación, diferentes temáticas que embellecen cada lugar que visito.

Me llena de vida visitar nuevos lugares repletos de nuevas cosas por experimentar, me llena de vida el hecho de explorar nuevos lugares y es que en Bogotá podemos encontrar diferentes cafeterías y es muy común que cada una se distinga fuertemente de otra, podemos encontrar diversidad cultural, diversidad en temática que nos muestra que siempre hay una experiencia por descubrir.

En esta ocasión no estaba en los planes pasar específicamente por esta cafetería y tampoco sabia la existencia de ella, pero lo que en realidad me llevo hasta ese sitio era la búsqueda de una farmacia muy cerca y al momento de pasar al frente de la cafetería en seguida supe que tenia que entrar.

Esta esquina llamo mucho mi atención, desde sus vitrinas se observaban muchas rosas, unas luces tenues unas sillas hermosas, un segundo piso, un ambiente encantador y primaveral repleto de rosas.

El lugar me pareció muy romántico y cálido a pesar un clima bastante frio en esta hermosa ciudad, decidimos entrar inmediatamente y conectamos con el lugar.

El sitio lleva el nombre de THE ROSE, en este lugar podemos encontrar una variedad de postres, te y por supuesto rico café, generalmente elijo siempre probar café negro en un método de preparación especial y sentir el sabor de una café diferente cada vez, en esta ocasión opte por el especial haciendo referencia al tema del lugar, un late con pétalos de rosas en su tope, me pareció muy delicioso definitivamente volvería a ir.

En este mismo lugar había un segundo piso donde por supuesto te que subir a mirar, había un espacio muy especifico para comprar te, el te también tiene su método especifico de preparación y no me refiero a infusiones.

en este segundo piso encontramos una decoración muy característica de te donde habían teteras, una lampara hermosa, escaleras de madera muy bonitas y elegantes, cada detalle de esta habitación era estéticamente muy llamativa a la vista.

Hice un recorrido en un nuevo espacio donde tenían la exhibición del te a la venta y encontramos muchos tipos de te como por ejemplo oolong, te blanco, te negro, te verde, y todos con características diferentes aromas diferentes y preparaciones diferentes, ahora, no me estoy enfocando en el te porque en definitiva es una nueva visita que debo hacer a este mismo lugar y mostrarles así una perspectiva diferente para empezar a mirar el te diferente.

Me siento muy emocionada de mostrarles una parte de lo que fue mi experiencia en esta cafetería llena de romanticismo, te y por supuesto café.

Experiencia 100% recomendado si estas en Bogotá y quieres tomar una café en un lugar super romántico.
De hecho en este mismo lugar en horas del día y algunos días a la semana también puedes encontrar un brunch donde te puedes deleitar con sus postres, café, tomar el te con tus amigas y al mismo tiempo escuchar el piano en vivo.

Una experiencia totalmente regeneradora de energías románticas y paladares exigentes al buen gusto.

This corner caught my attention, from its showcases there were many roses, dim lights, beautiful chairs, a second floor, a charming and spring-like atmosphere full of roses.

I found the place very romantic and warm despite the cold weather in this beautiful city, we decided to go in immediately and connected with the place.

The place is called THE ROSE, in this place we can find a variety of desserts, tea and of course rich coffee, usually I always choose to try black coffee in a special preparation method and feel the taste of a different coffee each time, this time I opted for the special referring to the theme of the place, a late with rose petals on top, I found it very delicious I would definitely go again.

In this same place there was a second floor where of course you had to go up to look, there was a very specific space to buy tea, tea also has its specific method of preparation and I am not referring to infusions.

on this second floor we found a very characteristic tea decoration where there were teapots, a beautiful chandelier, very nice and elegant wooden stairs, every detail of this room was aesthetically very striking to the eye.

I did a tour in a new space where they had the exhibition of tea for sale and we found many types of tea as for example oolong, white tea, black tea, green tea, and all with different characteristics different aromas and different preparations, now, I am not focusing on tea because ultimately it is a new visit that I must make to this same place and show you so a different perspective to start looking at the different tea.

I am very excited to show you a part of what my experience was like in this place.
