Greetings to all Hivers. Welcome to my blog, I wish you a day full of many blessings. Yesterday June 16th in my country we celebrated Father's Day. A very special day for us here at home.

I started the day getting up very early for the preparations of the day. I tell you that my father loves to eat pork leg and so I bought a medium size pork leg, and I prepared it for him, it was very tasty. I also made a cabbage salad and some baked potatoes. This is his favourite food, what he likes the most, to celebrate special occasions like this.

At home my sister, my nephew, my children and I got together, my other two brothers live far away from the city, but my father received calls and congratulations from them.

This day we had a great time, my father is very happy because we were together to celebrate his day. I hope that all of you who have fathers were able to get together and enjoy the presence of this loved one.

Saludos para todos los Hivers. Bienvenidos a mi blog, les deseo un día lleno de muchas bendiciones. El día de ayer 16 de Junio en mi país celebramos el Dia del Padre. Un día muy especial para nosotros a aquí en casa.

Comencé el día levantándome bien temprano para los preparativos del día. Les cuento que a mi padre le encanta comer pernil y pues compre un pernil mediano, y se lo prepare, quedo muy rico. También hice una ensalada de repollo y unas papas al horno. Esta es su comida favorita, lo que a el mas le gusta, para celebrar las ocasiones especiales como esta.

En casa nos reunimos mi hermana, mi sobrino, mis hijos y yo, mis otros dos hermanos viven lejos de la ciudad, pero mi padre recibió las llamadas y felicitaciones de parte de ellos.

Este día la pasamos muy bien, mi padre esta muy contento porque estábamos reunidos para celebrar su día. Espero que todos los que tengan sus padres, se hayan podido reunir y disfrutar de la presencia de este ser amado.
