[Eng-Esp] My First Experiencie using Farmatodo's Delivery Service! 🛵✨

 Nowadays there are many services to make our lives easier and one of them is delivery, quite some time ago I had downloaded the farmatodo mobile application but I had not needed to use this service to buy my products because I like to go directly to the pharmacy to shop, however these days I have been somewhat complicated health and I had to use the service to not leave home, it was a very rewarding experience and today I share it with you all!

Farmatodo es una cadena de farmacias muy famosa en mi país Venezuela, es muy cómoda y además una de mis favoritas porque ofrecen excelentes productos y servicios, normalmente voy a hacer mis compras a la sucursal de Cumaná pero no me he sentido bien de salud, así que al acudir al médico me recetaron varios medicamentos y opte por usar el servicio de delivery por primera vez para no salir de casa. Este día Ingrese en la app, me registre solo con mi teléfono celular y ubique en el menú todos los medicamentos que necesitaba, luego fue seguir el paso a paso que es bastante sencillo, cargar los productos en el carrito, cargar una dirrección de envío, generar la orden de compra y luego cargar el medio de pago.

Farmatodo is a very famous pharmacy chain in my country Venezuela, it is very comfortable and also one of my favorites because they offer excellent products and services, I usually go to do my shopping at the branch in Cumaná but I have not been feeling good health, so when I went to the doctor I was prescribed several medications and opted to use the delivery service for the first time to not leave home. 
This day I entered the app, I registered only with my cell phone and located in the menu all the medicines I needed, then was to follow the step by step that is quite simple, load the products in the cart, load a shipping address, generate the purchase order and then load the means of payment.

Por ser mi primer delivery fue gratis el traslado y varios de los medicamentos tenían descuento así que realmente la compra fue muy buena. Una vez que cargue en la aplicación el medio de pago se va viendo la trazabilidad del pedido, desde que lo asignan al delivery, hasta el traslado y entrega. Me gustó mucho que el delivery me escribió para confirmar medio de pago que fue por punto de venta y también mi dirección, me avisó cuando venía en camino y a la vez la aplicación iba enviando notificaciones del pedido, algo de verdad genial.

As it was my first delivery, the transfer was free and several of the medicines had a discount, so the purchase was really good. Once you load the payment method in the application, you can see the traceability of the order, from the moment it is assigned to the delivery, to the transfer and delivery. 
I really liked that the delivery wrote me to confirm the payment method, which was by point of sale, and also my address, it told me when it was on its way and at the same time the application was sending notifications of the order, something really great.

Aproximadamente en 20 minutos llegó mi pedido que estaba conformado por varias vitaminas, minerales y complejo B inyectable, el chico del delivery se comunicó conmigo cuando estuvo en la puerta de la casa y sali a recibir mi compra, revisamos los productos y luego hice el pago con mi tarjeta de débito a través de un punto de venta inalámbrico, recibí mis productos y factura y finalmente le di una propina al muchacho por su excelente servicio.

Approximately in 20 minutes my order arrived which consisted of several vitamins, minerals and injectable B complex, the delivery guy contacted me when he was at the door of the house and I went out to receive my purchase, we reviewed the products and then I made the payment with my debit card through a wireless point of sale, I received my products and invoice and finally I gave a tip to the guy for his excellent service.
