Hey dear friends, a big greeting, I hope you are feeling great, this afternoon I was a little busy, I went to the gas subsidy shift because we already know how the country and its services are, you need a specific number and day to get gas, better not to go into details, anyway, I got a terrible sunshine and I came home tanned, I cooked at the speed of light following my carbohydrates cut, I made a nice healthy lunch and because today was my turn with the dentist, I got ready to go, I had to have a checkup and thank God I went because they detected a cavity that was treated on time, so all good, I'm leaving this post because it is time to fulfill other duties, until next time.

Hola queridos amigos, un gran saludo, espero se encuentren genial, esta tarde estuve algo ocupada, he ido al turno del subsidio de la gasolina porque ya sabemos cómo está el país y sus servicios, se necesita de un número y día específico para echar gasolina, mejor no entrar en detalles, en fin, me he llevado un resplandor de sol terrible y llegué bronceada a casa, cociné a la velocidad de la luz siguiendo con mi recorte de carbohidratos hice un rico almuerzo saludable y porque hoy era mi turno con el dentista, me alisté para ir, tenia que hacerme un chequeo y gracias a Dios fui porque me detectaron una caries que fue tratada a tiempo, así que todo bien, paso dejando este post porque toca cumplir con otros deberes, hasta la próxima.
