As for this week, here are the totals:

in comparison to last week, that is:
+60 HP - not as good as the past couple of weeks, but still easily above my updated target (6.5HP per day)
+238k SPORTS - same, not exactly as good, but around my new very aggressive target (1M SPORTS per month)
+147 ALIVE - not good, but it was expected as I added ALIVE to Liquid Pools, especially the new one with HEARTBEAT (target still at 850AP per month, but that will probably need to be reduced)
+817 PHOTO - bask above target easily (2500 per month)
+98 BBHO - slight acceleration, and easily above target (8 BBHO per day, might need to be increased)

Well, just like most weeks, it's going well, except for ALIVE which is lagging a bit. Still a good growth, but just not as much as I thought I could manage. Most important for me is HP anyways, and it's growing nicely.
