Shadow Hunters Community Contest SMASh - Round 412
This weekend, I traveled with my sister and our mother to Tucacas, a coastal town located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, which has long been one of Venezuela's major tourist destinations due to its beautiful, warm beaches.
Although the reason for our trip was not strictly for pleasure, we took advantage of the couple of days we were there to rest and recharge our batteries while enjoying the sun and the breeze.
Yesterday, while we were at the pool complex of the residential complex where we were staying, I had the opportunity to photograph these chairs we were using and the shadows they cast on the floor before we went back to the apartment to prepare dinner.
As I have described before, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, in order to improve or highlight some element of my images.

Este fin de semana viajé en compañía de mi hermana y nuestra madre a Tucacas, una población costera ubicada a orillas del Mar Caribe, y que desde hace muchos tiempo es uno de los mayores destinos turísticos con los que cuenta Venezuela por sus hermosas y cálidas playas.
Aunque el motivo de nuestro viaje no era propiamente de placer, el par de días que estuvimos allá lo aprovechamos para descansar y reponer energías mientras disfrutamos del sol y de la brisa.
El día de ayer, mientras nos encontrabamos en el complejo de piscinas del conjunto residencial donde nos alojamos, tuve la oportunidad de fotografiar estas sillas que usamos y las sombras que proyectaban en el piso, antes de retirarnos al apartamento para preparar la cena.
Como he descrito anteriormente, usualmente hago uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes.
