PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography Round 154: Volunteering [ENG/ESP]

Volunteering
Several months before the procession of the sacred image of the Divine Shepherdess on January 14, the Archdiocese of Barquisimeto, through the various parishes in the city, seeks hundreds of volunteers to work on that day.
The vast majority of these young volunteers are teenagers who, after finishing their daily academic activities, are trained to participate as a human chain whose function is to clear a path through the crowd for the Virgin on her long journey of just over 7 kilometers through the streets and avenues of the city, until her arrival at the Cathedral in the afternoon.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Voluntariado
Desde algunos meses antes de la procesión de la Sagrada imagen de la Divina Pastora el 14 de Enero, la Arquidiócesis de Barquisimeto a través de las diferentes parroquias existentes en la ciudad, buscan centenares de voluntarios para trabajar ese día.
La gran mayoría de estos jóvenes voluntarios son adolescentes, que luego de finalizar sus actividades académicas diarias, son entrenados para participar como un cordón humano que tiene como función, abrir paso entre la multitud a la Virgen en su largo recorrido de poco mas de 7 kilómetros por las calles y avenidas de la ciudad, hasta su llegada a la Catedral en horas de la tarde.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
