Urban Postcards

A couple of months ago, in what was the most recent of my many visits to the Flor de Venezuela, an architectural landmark that was declared a few years ago as cultural and artistic heritage of the nation and which is a short distance from my home; I took these photos that I share in this post, just a fraction of those I took on that occasion.

Taking advantage of the sunny and clear day, as well as hot, I tried to photograph the city from different angles, both inside and outside the structure, and at different heights since it has three floors and exterior staircases that overlook an important avenue where there are multiple buildings, both commercial and residential.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Postales Urbanas

Hace un par de meses atrás, en la que fué la más reciente de mis muchas visitas a la Flor de Venezuela, un hito arquitectónico que fué declarado hace unos años como patrimonio cultural y artístico de la nación y el cual que queda a muy corta distancia de mi hogar; tomé estas fotos que comparto en este post, apenas una fracción de las que tomé en esa ocasión.

Aprovechando el día soleado y despejado, además de caluroso, busqué fotografiar la ciudad desde distintos ángulos, tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la estructura, y a diversas alturas ya que cuenta con tres pisos y escalinatas exteriores que dan a una importante avenida donde se encuentran múltiples edificaciones, tanto comerciales como residenciales.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
