Black Magic
Coffee being one of the most popular and consumed non-alcoholic beverages at a global level, it should not surprise us the interest and passion that it awakens among its habitual consumers, and in those who are new to its consumption.
As with wine and other beverages, an entire industry has developed, from its sowing and harvesting to its preparation, often in the hands of experienced baristas who seek to delight us, not only through smell and taste, but also through sight with their art. It is no longer enough to select a good bean or a good variety, it is also important to choose the appropriate utensils.
A few weeks ago, I was with the older of my two sons in a coffee shop in the city, where not only do they offer their customers a good cup of coffee and a varied menu to mitigate hunger, but they also have implements related to this area, which undoubtedly would be a good gift for coffee enthusiasts.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Siendo el café una de las bebidas no alcohólicas más populares y consumidas a nivel global, no debería extrañarnos el interés y la pasión que despierta entre sus consumidores habituales, y en quienes se inician en su consumo.
Al igual que en el vino y otras bebidas, se ha desarrollado toda una industria que va, desde su siembra y recolección, hasta su preparación, muchas veces en manos de experimentados baristas que buscan deleitarnos, no sólo a través del olfato y del gusto, sinó también a través de la vista con su arte. Ya no basta con seleccionar un buen grano o una buena variedad, también es importante elegir los utensilios apropiados.
Hace unas semanas atrás, estuve con el mayor de mis dos hijos en una cafetería de la ciudad, donde no sólo ofrecen a sus comensales una buena taza de café y un variado menú para mitigar el hambre, sinó que también tienen implementos relacionados con este rubro, que indudablemente serían un buen obsequio para los entusiastas del café.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
