My Entry to the POBPhotoContest - Textures of Nature | Texturas de la Naturaleza [ENG/ESP]

Textures of Nature | Texturas de la Naturaleza
Texture is a property that is perceived through the sense of touch. Smoothness and roughness are sensations conveyed by texture.
In the case of plastic arts, this term is linked to the grouping of shapes and colors that allow us to perceive irregularities in a continuous or flat surface.
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to visit what used to be the institution where I studied high school, and which is located on the outskirts of the city in what was once a farm dedicated to the planting of agricultural crops and animal husbandry.
In the pond located at the entrance, a group of ducks, as well as other species, make life in this idyllic environment, where I took these images that I share with all of you.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
La textura es una propiedad que se percibe a través del sentido del tacto. La suavidad, la aspereza y la rugosidad son sensaciones que transmite la textura.
En el caso de las artes plásticas, este término está vinculado a la agrupación de formas y colores que permiten percibir irregularidades en una superficie continua o plana.
Hace unos meses atrás, tuve la oportunidad de visitar el que fuese la institución donde cursé mis estudios de bachillerato, y el cual está ubicado en las afueras de la ciudad en lo que alguna vez fué una granja dedicada a la siembra de rubros agrícolas y cría de animales.
En el estanque ubicado en la entrada, un grupo de patos, además de otras especies, hacen vida en este idílico entorno, donde tomé estas imágenes que comparto con todos ustedes.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir las imágenes originales a mi entera satisfacción.
