My Entry to the Friendlymoose Photo Contest - Lakes or Rivers [ENG/ESP]

Lakes or Rivers
Unfortunately, there is no lake in the vicinity of my city, at least not one that I remember or that is located within easy reach.
On the other hand, although there is a river nearby, and even the word used by the indigenous people who inhabited this region hundreds of years ago to describe the murky color of its waters was the one that gave the city its name when it was founded by soldiers of the Spanish Empire in the mid-16th century, the truth is that it is not a very fast-flowing river and has no major attractions for photography.
However, a short distance from home, there is a park that I visit quite often, which has a small lagoon or pond, and even though its size does not qualify it as a lake, the truth is that it is a body of water with its own ecosystem, where you can go boating by renting rowboats for a modest price.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
Lagos o Ríos
Desafortunadamente, no hay un lago en los alrededores de mi ciudad, al menos no uno que recuerde o que esté ubicado a corta distancia.
Por otra parte, aunque existe un río cerca, e incluso, la palabra usada por los indígenas que habitaban cientos de años atrás esta región para describir el color turbio de sus aguas, fué la que le dió nombre a la ciudad cuando esta fué fundada por los soldados del Imperio Español a mediados del Siglo XVI; lo cierto es que no es un río poco caudaloso y sin mayores atractivos para fotografiar.
Sin embargo, a muy corta distancia de casa, hay un parque al que suelo acudir con cierta frecuencia, y que cuenta con una pequeña laguna o estanque, y aún cuando por sus dimensiones no califica como un lago, lo cierto es que un cuerpo de agua con su propio ecosistema, y en el que puede navegarse, alquilando botes de remo por un módico precio.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir las imágenes originales a mi entera satisfacción.
